Very clean

The main reason for us going there was the sea..i have to say it,it was bad,water very dirty..not worth it..Food was decent,we stayed 9 nights,only 2 nights food was different..every day same food..breakfest,lunch,dinner..asiatic night was very good,seafood night was ok…the money we paid wasnt worth it..receptionist didnt speak any english,besides one young guy,he had decent knowledge of english..i was surprised to not be able to communicate in english language…we end up spending our days on the pool,which we werent happy about it,not for the money we paid,if i only knew that we would spend our vacation swimming on the pool,honestly we wouldnt be going..

everything was nice. very clean, beach is close, and great for children, staff are very nice, foods are delicious.

the only thing is, that we checked out on 15th instead of 18th and the receptionist said that if we speak to Booking.com we will get our money back. however when we contacted Booking.com according to them the hotel refused to give our money back. i know it was our fault, but the fact that they said we have to speak to Booking.com and then they refused was a bit unprofessional and we had 4 rooms. other than that everything was nice and smooth.

In general , good staying , great animation, location, building , gym, the reception helped a lot with transfer. A good point that the hotel has a cafe separately. I still would recommend this hotel.

For that money - they are good and try to do everything for comfortable stay of guests. But I was poisoned by food… The quality of product is not good, as last 3 days the stomach could not stand the food. I would recommend to pay attention to this . There were 3 waiters who were not friendly because we did not give the tips at the lunch … they were ignoring us. It was sad. But nevertheless, the staff is very hardworking and professional.

Everything was perfect. Staff, food, animators, cleanliness. Everything is at a high level. Thank you.

What I didn't like, has nothing to do with the hotel staff, but the guests. It's not right for someone to reserve 5 deckchairs even before breakfast, especially in the children's section (especially if they don't have any) and then we have no place. We only used one deckchair for us. 4th, because we didn't even spend time on them, and someone takes a few and doesn't stay on them either.

The reception staff was very nice, as I Remember there was one girl with glasses, She was so kind and she tried to help and solve each of my problems, and there was one night shift staff as I remember calling Murat i am not sure but he is also perfect person. The restaurant staff I mean the waiters girls and boys were really helpful. Service in restaurants was amazing, I know how difficult it was to serve one time almost 200-250 people but they did. The food is really tasty every day.. Housekeeping was very nice, that always cleaned out rooms and that already changed minibar.

Actually, I don't like the indoor pool, it is small but it was really warm and clean. There were not many activities for kids. So if you are family with kids this place is not for you. Rooms is very close to each other, you will hear everything from your neighbors room(so for young couples not so nice)

The swimming pool inside is hot in winter and the outside one was also heated to 27•, the people are very professional and the room are comfy. The pool is clean and big.

Bit noisy in your bed near the door with access to elevator and lobby downstairs. The beach is very soso in winter. The food is ok but a bit plain and repetitive. The wine is unfortunately not good at all. The spa is out of price for the service (better go in salon in front of hotel).

Hotel, food, location, beach, media team and price point was fantastic. Majority of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We actually had a great experience overall. The only issue I found is the service provided at the front of the house. It was just 1 person in particular, she was working on a Monday late afternoon (it was checkout day). We asked a question and she seemed unfriendly, she did not smile and looked annoyed. I am not sure if its becauase she didnt like us because we spoke in English because when she spoke to the German customers she seemed friendly.

Hotel is situated a few hundred meters from the beach, shuttle service is available. Hotel staff incl reception, animators, waiters are friendly and helpful. Cleanness is a top priority at the hotel incl. the beach part as well. Good programs for small kids. Food is good and various. Evening events are also fine.

The food at this hotel was lovely as there was so much to choose from. The location was brilliant. The staff at reception were helpful. Aadem at reception was so helpful that he went above and beyond. I needed to exchange my money and I didn’t know where the nearest bank was and he went and exchanged my money for me. That was so sweet of him as he went the extra mile.

Ironing was such an issue. I always get provided with an iron in every hotel I stay at and in this hotel they don’t provide you with one. However, they provide ironing service and you have to pay extra for every item you get ironed around 3 euros for one dress.

Hotel is fabulous, always been cleaned, room was spotless, most of the staff were always happy to help and support you ,the pools were very clean and well looked after
