Very clean, friendly attentive staff. Great hot breakfast. A bigger variety of fresh fruit would have been nice. Food restocking was prompt and plentiful. Watching fresh coffee bole. Was a bonus..Beds and linen amazing. Variety of pillow firmness was a plus. Quiet hallways were appreciated

Clean, newer, big rooms, Disney Junior on the TV, one of the better breakfasts we’ve had, nice pool, comfortable bed and pillows, very friendly staff

Hard to complain, everything was very nice! It was briefly hard to tell which way the hot and cold was on the shower handle and the orange juice at breakfast was a little watery. Very minor complaints!

I was tired from a long drive and was thankful the check-in took under a minute so I was able to climb in bed right away. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. I asked for a late checkout and my request was granted. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Only 8 basic tv channels to flip through. If you are counting on the pull out couch being a good nights rest then I would think again.

Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a nice variety, clean and well provisioned. Staff were helpful and friendly. Were there for 4 days and were throughly satisfied.

The driveway was a problem with the gas station other drivers weren’t understanding that the hotel had a driveway. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t there.

I requested first floor, but it wasn't available. They only have one roll-a-way bed and it was taken. Trash receptacles outside were full so we had to leave our trash in the room.

Wonderful accommodations and the staff was above all others. We called when lost in the city and Suzy was wonderful getting us to the holiday inn. Once we arrived she was helpful in getting us our membership to Holiday Inns. My husband and I are traveling across the United States and this was so helpful. Thank you again!
