Love the location and rooms. Very comfy and spacious.

Breakfast was cold 1/2 hour before the end of breakfast, including the “hot” water to make the tea. We had 5 people in our room and only 2 towels. We asked the desk for towels, they said no. That we had to bring our used towels down and exchange them for clean towels. Um No. We checked in on Thursday night and waited until 4pm Friday before the desk would give us 3 additional towels for showers. Very unprofessional considering the price we pay for the room, and being an IHG member for years.

Everything was very nice! We used the pool and hot tub while we were staying. Everything was very clean and beautiful! Our room even had everything that was needed and breakfast was excellent! Thank you for a comforting stay

because there was a multi-state basketball tournament that we were not aware of - the hotel was packed and loud. overwhelming crowds in the public areas including the pool and various open rooms. there really wasn’t anywhere to sit and enjoy the hotel except our studio room, and even then the boys running and yelling up and down the halls. the room prices were also very high because of the lack of availability. usually I don’t mind paying extra to enjoy the Staybridge, but this time, there wasn’t much to enjoy, besides the staff.

First of all, the location was great, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We’ve been traveling for 3 days so we appreciate that it is centrally located. Didn’t expect to have a kitchenette in the room, but that’s good if you plan on making your own meals. The room is clean and super comfortable. The breakfast is also amazing, it is what you would call a proper breakfast. I would use them from now on and any of my future travels.

No soap or dishwasher soap for the kitchen, and on our last night, they had a bunch of kids check in and they were running up and down the hallway being loud all night. Not necessarily their fault but I feel like it should have been stressed to the parents about being quiet at check in. Our door wouldn’t lock properly either. Parking can be difficult if you arrive late.

Our room was pretty and super clean! Our bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great! Free laundry was nice after a long travel! The laundry area was clean! Staff was very nice!

We wish there was an adult swim time. We weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub before swim area closed due to children playing in hot tub up until it closed for the night. We were disappointed.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, the fitness center had everything I needed/wanted. The breakfast was good. The in room kitchen had everything you’d need. Carmen at the front desk was amazing and went far beyond expected. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely be back.

Really beautiful facilities. We only stayed a night but the room was excellent and I passed by the pool, gym, and lounge area which were exceptional. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They were accommodating of my dogs and were sweet with my rambunctious two boys. Would definitely stay again even though we were just passing through the city.

The breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were bigger then I expected and I loved how it was like having an apartment. Also they provided dishes and pots and pans and thought that was neat!

Nothing! I really can’t say I didn’t like anything because it was worth the money!

Loved how we saw some cute happy dogs when we walked in and very nice and friendly staff too. The room was a very nice set up that worked perfect for us. We will continue to stay here every year for our pool tournament for now on! Already booked for next year!

The shower floor was slick but we notified staff so they could know for the future guests
