The room was very clean & spacious

The breakfast - this Courtyard had breakfast from Starbucks. I’m sure the food was good - but when I am traveling, I need to serve myself quickly & move on. That morning at the Courtyard, there was a long line & it was taking awhile to get their food. Aldo, I would have appreciated a complimentary bottle of water & not have to pay for a big bottle of water.

Beautiful, clean and walking distance from everything you need

90% of staff was amazing but one front desk worker was very rude and condescending to point they messed up our room and treated me poorly over a simple question about the bill. We ended up having to come back down to another employee to get the correct room I paid for.

I always stay here when I come to Sioux City, IA! It is my first and only choice. The rooms are always clean and spacious. I have not had a bad nights sleep and love the mattresses and pillows!

I did have a few issues with the television not wanting to stay connected to internet and had to have maintenance assist but they were quick and efficient!

I did not try the breakfast because it was not complimentary. I liked the location of the hotel and the quality of the stuff in the room.

I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for my small emotional support dog. I usually have the pet fee waived when I show my dogs service card but the woman at the front desk said she cannot accept it.

loved how close it was to I29 The staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and I loved that the TV said hello & my name. The room and bathroom are very modern and pretty & one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time since Covid.

This is not necessarily the hotels fault when I say this but someone was playing really loud music near the hotel or in the hotel. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We did notice a wedding party when we first checked in so it could have been them. There is also a brewery across the street so not sure if it was them. It didn’t stop with the loud music till 3am so we didn’t get much sleep :( unfortunately. When I asked if there was something going on when we checked out the front desk said oh not that she was aware of but she had just started her shift. Again not blaming the hotel just was something we noticed.

Everything was good except our room sheets weren't changed once we arrived.

The staff to better clean rooms and make sure its fully stocked and that there are clean sheets on all beds even the sofa bed!!!!!

The price was spendy. Stayed 2 nights cause my mom was in the hospital. Paid almost $400 for the 2 nights. Wish they had some sort of a discount for families who are there because of a hospital stay with a loved one. $400 is a big hit especially when you’re missing work and having to be there. This hotel is just a couple blocks from the hospital so it was convenient. I didn’t use anything except for the room. Just needed a place to crash for the night.

Room was great, the gym was nice, staff were fantastic

$22 for breakfast was a little high. The burrito was very good though I didn't find the overhead light switch until morning. Just used the master light switch

We love the central location. Close to restaraunts, the Marquee bar, Doxx Bar and the Casino. Parking is simple and the rooms are extremly comfortable with fridge and microwave. Price is right!!

the cleanliness and the location

that we had to eat at the bistro. we drove 9 hours and wanted to order pizza and stay in our room. was told that we couldn’t do that. we are at the bistro, as we were exhausted and didn’t want to drive. the prices were to high for the food we got.
