We enjoyed everything about this hotel from the breakfast in the mornings to the old timey feel lobby and dining room to the modern, clean rooms to the very belpful and friendly staff. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany, this was by far the nicest. Modern, clean spacious rooms and bathroom and a more traditional lobby and dining room in a quaint little town. We chose to stay here instead of Wurzberg and glad we did. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with fresh breads, cereals, fruit spreads, yogurt, eggs, meats, cheeses, veggies, and juice. We would love to stay again!

The staff is superb—helpful, accommodating, funny. The bicycle storage facility is excellent, the room is very comfortable and quiet and includes a fan, which was much appreciated on a warm night. Dinner in the restaurant that is part of the hotel had good vegetarian options, and breakfast was generous and varied with fresh fruits, yogurt, toppings, dried fruits, scrambled and boiled eggs and great rolls, cheeses, tomatoes, etc.

We stopped over here on our way back to Germany from Italy. The best value for money. Comfy big bed. Great bathroom with a fabulous large rain shower. We travelled Europe for 5 weeks and this was by far the best breakfast- a lot of organic items and amazing variety. We could not stop eating! Super helpful and welcoming staff. Even stored our ice cooler items in their cool room. We also had dinner here and loved it. Both meat and vegetarian dishes were super yummy and home cooked. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm during this summer night as there was no AC. However a fan was provided. All in all one of the most pleasant places to stay. Kitzingen is beautiful to explore en foot. We would stay here again for sure.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast and lunch it was very good. The staff it was very careful and helpful. Is a little bit hard to find the place at night but it was ok. I think we will go back there soon.

They did not tell us the check-in can be done until 22, but they fix the problem and everything was fine. The parking can't be open late, it was needed to put my car in public parking but they give me a ticket to pay until it was possible to put the car in the parking.

I have family nearby so it was very convenient. It helps to speak German, I do, because it made asking questions so much easier. The staff are phenomenal and made us feel welcomed. The morning breakfast, that is very typical German where you go up and take what you want, had a lot of great options. We had dinner there on our last night. So many great options and what we ate was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

It was very warm during our visit. The room has no A/C but windows open and there was a fan. The drain in the shower was very slow moving. I’m used to turning in the shower a full, but the trick was to turn it fairly low and that way water didn’t flow the edge.

This hotel had the perfect blend of traditional decor in the common areas and modern, efficient guestrooms. Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Excellent storage area for bicycles. Nice ventilator. Numerous electrical outlets. Mini bar with affordable beverages. Nice bathroom.

Everything was very good.

The hotel was very charming, decorated in a traditional way. Staff was very friendly and showed us places to visit and where we could walk our dog. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of choices.

I like to stay in typical German hotels, traditional and friendly. This an excellent example of this.

The location! Kitzingen is such a beautiful city. The staff was amazing. I truly enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere.
