The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and soft, clean linen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment is refreshing, surrounded by nature, and the kids-friendly facilities are a big plus.

Breakfast at R265 per person is far too expensive, especially given the already high room rates. Our room had a few issues: electric blankets and heater not working, a broken mirror, and a dirty bathroom ceiling with some mould on the upper wall. The toilet had very weak flushing pressure, and windows were left open, allowing insects in. This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel — it’s always been excellent before. Please don’t lose your touch.

We had such a lovely overnight stay! The forest walk was peaceful and refreshing – a real highlight of our stay. The adventure golf course was fun, with beautiful features like rock pools and waterfalls that made it extra special. Dinner was delicious, and the overall facilities were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Honestly, we wish we had stayed a little longer to enjoy everything more. Highly recommended!

It would have been nice to have an air conditioner in our room, although the fan did work really well.

Manager on duty provided excellent service. We added a night, added a room and he arranged that the rooms were together as we were 2 families. Food choice is excellent, lovely surroundings, undercover parking right next to our rooms. He could recommend our next stay, and just made the difference!

Breakfast is R275 for the buffet. Ask for the menu as there are other options. Dinner menu: a few options not available.

Very beautiful resort nestled in the forest but easy to locate. The staff are simply amazing. Busi and Linkoh at reception, Sylvester, the gentleman in charge of maintenance as well as Portia the manager all went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The resort is child friendly and there's a daily activity schedule for children. They also receive a pack of good quality treats on arrival,puzzles and colouring books to keep them busy.There are activities for the whole family. Although the weather was inclement, we enjoyed swimming as they have a heated pool. Food was really good. Rooms were sanitary. TV with selected channels,tea tray,bar fridge and bottled water provided. Toiletries and towels were supplied. Electric blanket for those nippy nights. We were treated with the utmost respect and all our needs taken care of. They really go above and beyond the call of duty to make guests feel comfortable.

Bathroom sink taps were not rigid. Spout kept turning.

The food was delicious. I booked dinner (A la carte menu was served) and breakfast ( buffet was served) so I didn’t worry about going there with something to eat. My kids enjoyed the play area, warm swimming pool and water slides a lot.

They had a power cut during breakfast time, apparently the standby wasn’t working by that time. My kids were hurt that they couldn’t get omelette as breakfast because of electricity.

Reception on arrival,hospitality and seclusion which accomplished our mission to relax,unwind and away from hustle and bustle. My wife enjoyed SPA treatment which I set her up for. That evening was a Rugby world cup final. After checking in I told her we've been requested to sing National Anthem around reception area. She didn't have a clue about planned SPA treatment. Only learntt about it when we got there.

The fact that booking.com did not forward my booking payment to Ingeli . I learnt about that on my arrival. Can you imagine what embarrassment I would have expeerienced if I didn't have some money to pay cash? I sent countless emails to booking. com demanding a end.All in vain. No response, no apology, nothing. This is my hard earned money. For this I do not see myself using them in future.

The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful especially when you travel the whole day and you are welcomed properly. The fire place in the restaurant area is firing hot didn’t want to leave. The wife and kids really enjoyed the Spa treatment from Grace she even went the extra mile after hours. Breakfast was well prepared and a wide variety.

Maybe the heated pool could get a bit hotter if possible for the kids to enjoy a late & early swim.

The facilities are in superb condition, gardens are delightful, pools are spotless, rooms stylish with complimentary coffee machine and mini fridge. The attention to detail and room decor render a space of relaxation. The hiking trails and mountain bike routes are well marked, encompassing indigenous forests, streams, bridges as well as plantations with lots of shade, earthy smells and bird sounds. This is a haven for nature lovers!

Check in staff could be more enthusiastic and friendly, they must also provide more information about the resort offerings since there is no welcome booklet provided. The indoor play area has lots of potential but sadly lots of broken toys and books. Staff need to sort and pack things in this area so they can maintain the quality. My wife packed the cupboard neatly. Staff need to be more friendly and engaging.

When we arrived they gave us a hot towel. That was a cute start. Room was comfortabel. Wifi worked well. Convenient that you can park your car at your cottage. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Both good.

Would be nice if someone of the staff joins you to tell you how your room works (keys, lights etc). There are two swimming pools. One of them is ice cold and the other one is cold (not what you expect when facilities mention heated pool). Also cleanliness at the pool could be better (we saw cigarette butts in the grass).
