Food was excellent, bed excellent, staff friendly but seemed shy of us perhaps because we were not Italian.

As a couple we did not realise when we booked that it was a hotel orientated towards kids (bambini), lots of them. To that end it was less than relaxing at meal times although if you sat outside ( weather permitting ) it was better. We also did not like that for our whole stay of 4 nights we were stuck in the same corner table with no window for breakfast and dinner. In other hotels where tables are assigned they have been rotated. Another good reason to eat outside if the weather is good. Also water not always available outside of meal times unless you buy it, same with coffee or tea, which we felt was a bit tight for a full board booking.

Spa (but sadly, just for adults - and I had really sold the view and the pool to my son, who could not use it)…

The pool for kids was not heated and the air conditioning in the room was not working

The rooms were absolutely not 4*. We booked two Deluxe rooms but these did not reflect their denomination as they were old, dark and with windows that let the unbearable noise from the street filter through as if they were open.

The facility was very clean and good location. The morning and lunch buffet was excellent. The staff was super helpful. The rooftop pool and lounge was beautiful place to do some reading.

It was quite expensive compared to other places in the area with the same services and accommodations. I mentioned in my booking that I was interested in massage services and I wished the staff would have helped me arrange it for me on check in

We were given an upgraded room that was very comfortable and large. The bed was one of the best we’ve slept in. Enrique at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. The resort treats clients extremely well.

It was rainy but no fault of the resort

Everything was perfect. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful. The place is gorgeous. Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had in terms of options and quality.

Great location on the edge of the village. Great facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful dinner offer. Excellent good sized room.

We loved everything.

Very spacious suite with balcony. Excellent roof top terrace with sun beds and warm pool. The garden areas had lots of seating so you could easily find a quiet spot. Food was very good standard particularly the evening meal. All of the staff from housekeeping to restaurant were friendly and efficient.

Just a personal view really but the decor was not to our style. Perhaps a bit Alpine. In contrast the top floor spa area was very modern and contemporary.

Excellent staff and facilities!! Very clean!! The breakfast was good, the dinner was amazing! We are very satisfied and happy for our choice!!

Lower (indoor) pool area a bit dated-looking. Some staff extremely friendly, others a bit jaded and not as friendly (I presume that since this hotel is open year-round, unlike many hotels in the area, they were maybe a bit jaded after a long, busy summer season).
