Super clean, modern and organised located in the ‘newer’ part of Sassari with lots of excellent restaurants/supermarkets nearby. Comfortable sleep in an extra large bed. Giuseppe (host) is super efficient and has lots of great suggestions. He is also a foodie and will give you some very local excellent bites for breakfast of very high quality. great coffee machine and kettle in the room along with lovely little bites/drinks.

there’s no issue with the property whatsoever but as with all of Sassari/Sardinia parking requires being patient looking for a space…however the area the apartment is located in is free to park (yay!)

on the outside did not look like too much / according to expectations, however a pleasant surprise once we got beyond the front door on the floor where the rented rooms were. Host (Giuseppe) was very pleasant, responsive to texts, croissants brough fresh to the door in the morning! Coffee machine with a good coffee in the room - in ITaly would not expect anything else, but still very nice!

was not sure how to get in exactly into the building / late arrival I would have been little confused - but the keys were inside of the room / once we got in. So recommend instructions for getting into the building, the other instructions how to get into rooms were clear thought.

The host, Giuseppe was very attentive. Every day he asked us what we were missing and he brought it to us in a few minutes. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The included breakfast was more like Italian style but you can ask Giuseppe what you like and he'll bring it for you. Mini bar was included and it was very rich and varied. The apartament is located in a very good and quiet area. You can also eat on a very good Restaurant located very close where you have 10% off because you are accommodated at Album Boutique Rooms.

You can simply see , Attention was paid to every detail in the room. Many mirrors , so clean yet you can see a dust on them. Only one advise , Fly net would have been nice on the window if there was. Giuseppe is as real gentleman. Was lucky to meet him. Good location , Easy parking , 10% discount at near by Nice classy restaurant with good wine list as well as the food. Full mini bar with a bottle of Presecco was a nice touch. And all was for very reasonable price. If i ever go again to Sardinia , i wouldn’t mind to book once more again.

Cleanliness of the room, splendid location close to the city centre, free parking on side of the road. We booked the junior suite for 2 parents and 2 kids (age 10 and 11) and that was a perfect fit.

Nothing. Only potential downside for some may be the location on the 4th floor: either you need to take an old (and unreliable?) elevator or you need to climb the stairs :-)

The property was very clean, the towels were changed everyday. Staff was also understanding and let us delay the checkout . Breakfast was provided by the hotel at a nearby cafe, snacks and drink were also brought in out hotel room daily.

The room was beautiful and impressive. The bathroom was spatious and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was poor and definitely not what we expected (Perhaps because there was a change in the rooms. We were supposed to find things for breakfast in the fridge but we only found soft drinks and water).

The host was very flexible, allowed an earlier check in. A child bed was offered without any hiccups and also complementary snacks for the little one. Giuseppe was there to answer promptly for every question. Very much appreciated .

I find the default check in time of 1700 quite late, although it could be done earlier in my case.

Very clean, comfortable room with a good coffee machine. Giuseppe is very kind, surprise breakfast in the morning is lovely. Bathroom big and shiny. Good mattress in the bed.

As a coffee lover, I adored the coffee machine in the room - a special business edition of Lavazza. The host was great and super helpful. We were with car and had no problem to find a parking space. The room was spacious and clean.
