Comfortable beds Good shower, air conditioning was excellent. Restaurant across the road was good. Parking area is small but there is plenty of parking on the road outside.

The first room we were given absolutely smelt of stale tobacco, there was no way I could have stayed in it. I went straight to the reception and there was a no question and given a different room straight away. So it was all OK.

The hotel was easy to get to from the C17 motorway, and there was plenty of space in the free hotel parking. The room was large with a good bathroom and very comfortable bed. The hotel is not in an attractive area, but this didn't matter to us as it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Plaça Major. There was a very good selection at the breakfast buffet, so our overnight stay was good value.

The woman managing the check-in desk did not seem to be enjoying her job, and was not at all friendly, but she did what was necessary. At the breakfast buffet the single coffee machine did not seem to be working very well, it took everyone about 5 minutes to get something out of it. It didn't help that the instructions on the machine were only in Catalan, of course that is the language in Vic, but as a hotel caters for visitors from out of town/region/country, one would expect at least some instructions in Spanish!

We had a mini stay here as we were driving from Spain back to France. So glad we stayed here! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has free car parking right outside, and the location is just 5 minutes walk into the town. Wifi was good strength. Room was quiet (even though the hotel is located on the corner angle of a traffic roundabout/ junction) at night, the balcony was nice to sit outside. Bathroom was clean with a big shower with excellent water pressure. We loved Vic and would stay here again.

Extremely clean, and thankfully warm. Very friendly and helpful staff. The croissants at breakfast are very good. Rooms are big, the bathroom massive (room 108), with a superb shower that has steady hot water.

The noise from the main corridors can be easily heard in the room, although no one was noisy and I slept well. Someone had to leave at 5am though, and I heard them leaving. Would be better to insulate the room doors. One can also hear the traffic from the road, but nothing terrible.

Large room with a large balcony, quick check-in, near to the railway station and the city center, breakfast from 7 a.m. already (but I did not have it as I did not know it and wanted to leave earlier anyway).

Price was very fair for the facility and location. Free car park. 10 minutes walk to historic centre of Vic. Good locals bar/restaurant across the road. Public areas well designed, spacious and clean. Great shower, comfortable bed. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast- everything fresh and tasty.

Rooms are a bit dated. Bathroom tiles have been painted a while ago and now flaking. On a noisy road. Issue with aircon in one room, just about bearable for sleeping.

Big room, plenty of space. The breakfast had many different plant-based milks, which is much appreciated!

Suggestion: To offer more vegan options for breakfast, it's better for the planet and for the guests who follow a plant based diet.

I was traveling by motorbike, so the use of the underground car park for free was a real bonus, always good to know the bike is secure and under cover overnight 👍 And the restaurant opposite was simple but perfect for refueling.

Lovely room, air con worked well, large balcony, was lovely in the evening, spacious room. very friendly , welcoming reception staff. Large bathroom and bath. Quiet area, all amenities close by and restaurant across the road was good. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Buffet breakfast was great, and even had nice gluten free options. Spacious and clean room of modern design. The bathroom is large and well equipped. The beds are very comfy, just right. We stayed for one night and the location is perfect if you are passing by.

The shower drain was rather clogged. This is not a disaster, but should be kept clean and with sufficient flow capacity.
