The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The hotel itself was very tranquil and well presented. The rooms had exceptional views, and the cleanliness was great.

The food we had on the first night from the bar was exceptional. So much so that we ordered the same things again on the last night and was given what tasted like a frozen pizza, and frozen bread buns. Very disappointing, especially considering how fresh and delicious it was on the first night. We were also very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed. We had not seen anything stating this on the website. This left us to use the other pool which was underground, way too hot and dark. Most of the lights around the pool were broken and the temp/humidity was stifling. We would have probably booked elsewhere had we known the pool would be closed.

The hotel looks clean and neat. The staff are very attentive and make their best to make you comfortable; they are very friendly too. The hotel restaurant is OK

The USB cellphone charges in the room didn’t work and they couldn’t figure out how to fix them! This make my stay more uncomfortable since I had to charge it at the front desk. One of the receptionist was kind and lent me her charger for usual plugs (only 2/4 of the usual plugs worked at the room. The restaurant is mildly over price for the quality considering that in Seva there are very good places where to eat for less money.

The location is peaceful and safe, with beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and dinner (half-board) were very tasty and offered a great variety. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The SPA zone is closed two days per week, which unfortunately matched our stay, despite that fact that there were a lot of guests during our staying. The outdoor playground is in poor condition with broken swings. There were no hangers in the room or bathroom, and since our room had no balcony, we had no place to dry swimming suits and wet towels.

The staff was kind and friendly. Food was great, they had grilled beef ribs some evenings! Outdoor pool was nice. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Location is literally on top of the mountain. You need a car, otherwise you have to stay put. Wifi could be better.

We were quite happy with our overnight stay there en route further south. Parking no problem and the room and evening meal were both fine. There are splendid views from the hotel which is located some way from anywhere that might be of interest. We did however feel that the establishment generally needed some tlc or at least a little refreshing.

Fabulous one bed suite with extra bed for our child. Amazing Mountain Views. Excellent outdoor pool. Buffet food was very good, lots of choice. Bar was great for lunchtime food. All-in-all a great stop over for one night on our way through the region.

Check-in was slow, big queue, but staff were very helpful once there.

Kind and friendly staff. Pleasant and peaceful location. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and varied every time. Comfortable beds, clean room.

The location is ideal, in the middle of the nature. The pools are great, and the hotel is very familiy-friendly. The breakfast was great.

The views from our room to the parking lot where a little disappointing. We found lots of mosquitos in our rooms when we arrived.

Air conditioning was great! Room was clean and big. Staff were very helpful and kind.

It’s a bit out of the way. Fortunately we drove to Spain so it wasn’t too bad but for anybody travelling by taxi/foot it’s very secluded. Outdoor pool closes very early 19:30 to be exact. Indoor pool is very dark and dreary.

Great hotel, secluded and surrounded by nature. Lovely large indoor swimming pool, and excellent restaurant on site. With an outdoor terrace so you can eat with your dog:)

The additional room service charge in the weekend is very expensive..14 euros! Even though in the hotel app it mentions 3.50 euros. Manager was not on site on Sunday when checking out unfortunately, so I was not able to resolve the matter then and there..
