Unique property with individually styled room in a very quiet location. There are only 5 or so rooms so it is very quiet. Ideal if this is what you want. There was a lounge area with comfortable sofas, chess set and pool table where we could relax in the evening. They even offered a selection of drinks which we were not expecting. The hosts were very welcoming and spoke excellent English even though the hotel is in a rural location, we were not expecting great English language skills in this area. The bed was very comfortable.

everything, such a gorgeous historical house , tranquil and beautiful. i had a dip in the little rock pool it was welcome from the heat. the owner was so helpful ordering my driver to bring me everywhere. i love this place . the restaurant i ate in locally was also delicious.

nothing i didn’t like but you would be better to have a car arriving because its not walking distance to the restaurant in the village and i didnt realise it only serves breakfast .

Great option for a stopover on the way to Barcelona. We were happy to stop in an old house and immerse ourselves in the history of this region. Masia Can Bachs is in a quiet location, but by car you can reach the nearest restaurant in 5 minutes. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Our stay in Masia Can Bachs was fantastic. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They recommended us many walks and hikes as well as good restaurants in the region. We are going to come back!

Lovely rural location very peaceful full of old world charm

The outside space was beautiful. A sunbed would have been nice to relax on.

The long list of rules was very off-putting. The shower room is very dark, needs a brighter light. The oven on the wall is dangerously positioned

Central heating, free pool table, games, good WiFi

No phone coverage (inside and outside), no fridge, no TV, fix shower (only from above) and no shower cap provided, towels smell really bad after one use, the continental breakfast is really basic and very little food, but expensive (10 euro/pers). Very expensive accomodation (105 euro) compared with other places that look a lot better and of better quality. I was expecting more from the photos and description

Beautiful house, lovely décor. Great lounge including (free) pool table.

Massively overpriced dinner, and noisy machinery (heating units?) which meant a disturbed sleep.

Location

The staff were rude (ie - they told us how we needed to wash our face in case we got the towels dirty). They overcharged us for absolutely everything (ie - we asked for extra towels & they wanted to charge us for them). The bed sheets were dirty & when we asked to get them changed for clean ones they didn’t want to as they argued they were not dirty even if they clearly smell extremely bad.
