Excellent location - the hotel is located near the sea, first line, 2 minutes walk to the sea, which is especially good for the summer period, when it is hot. Daily cleaning of the room, change of towels, updated bathroom accessories - shampoo, shower gel. The room was on the 7th floor with a view of the sea and you could watch the sunset in the evening. The food is excellent, I recommend taking dinners - they were very varied every day - and seafood, sushi, lots of fruits, vegetables. The staff is very friendly, helped in solving emerging issues, helped to order a taxi for the return trip. I liked everything about the hotel.

I was in Calella again now after 30 years and it is still the same beautiful place! Actually, since we travel all over Spain to different hotels, I must say that I have not seen such a great and professional approach for a long time! I assume that the hotel has perfect management and the overall style of the staff seems excellent, especially the reception! The reception is 70% of a great start in accommodation, I must say that after years and visits to Spanish hotels, you meet this 105%! Great, dark-haired lady receptionist with glasses, sorry I forgot, I forgot her name, she always welcomed us, asked how we were, asked about the dogs, my daughters got a lollipop, really amazing and unusual approach in Spain! :-) The hotel is really dog-friendly! But it is true in Calella! Elsewhere in Spain, they can accommodate one dog in better hotels, even two, but with a contract that has 500 pages and fines... Large, beautiful room, double queen bed with a great view of the sea and lighthouse, beautiful bathroom, all clean 5th floor Nice pool, I think with salt water, where there weren't many people :-) Excellent breakfast, delicious fried eggs, selection of vegetables, cheese and salami, fruit and sweet pastries, breakfast in a different style every time, the next day delicious sausages even fried. Dinner was also great, paella two ways, fish, meat, side dishes, vegetables... a really good selection of fish delicious tomatoes, pickled artichokes spring rolls are great fish croquettes Chicken wings BBQ choose drezing mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, great! excellent combined selection... lots of dessert and ice cream! Lovely restaurant staff! :-) food labels... From my professional perspective, as the owner of a catering company (20 years) and also having worked for an American hotel chain (5 years), my family and I were very satisfied. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back for a longer stay!

The dishes could be a little cleaner, especially the glasses and cutlery... A small warning about the shop in front of the hotel and the shops around the hotel that do not have prices on goods are up to five times more expensive than elsewhere... :-D

Quiet safe area, breakfast, lunch and dinner always have more choices. Enjoy shower big water pressure like massage and hot water. AC working properly.

Receptionist speak English very well, but staff need more learning. School big group in hotel, long queue at dinner and food was finished and they take different however I wish what was before even dessert gone not refill. The room daytime didn't relax because next to the hotel was construction. Facilities list I see available laundry but don't have when I asked. One of them staff was make us disappointed at dinner just started eating and standing next to table we must paying drink I don't know what think about, we will run away without paying bills. Normal everywhere when finished eating pay the bill.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful – the hotel was spotless, comfortable, and just steps from both the beach and the city center. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our room and the relaxing pool area, which was always clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was fresh and full of flavor. A truly charming place that’s definitely worth a visit. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent staff. Amazing breakfasts, lots of things to choose from - cold, warm, sweet or not, fruit, vegetable, teas, coffee and juices. Working AC in the room. Bathroom part of the room. Comfortable beds. Great room service.

Could hear noise from the other rooms above us (for example running water), or from the hall (had room next to elevators). But we were ready, so slept with ear plugs. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

For a 2 star hotel this was a great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, and helped us sort out a parking ticket. The family room was spacious, and clean, we all slept well. Drinks were cheap, and just across the road to the beach

Food was good with good variety and different every night, breakfast could be better, but definitely enough options to cater for all. Again, for a 2 star, we thought it was really good

Good room, with a nice view from the balcony on the pool, street, and a little bit of a sea. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the sea. The breakfast and the lunch were pretty diverse, everyone could find what he liked: main dishes, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and cakes. The staff is very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. There is also the bar so you can dance and drink cocktails after the lunch. Bartenders are very positive and cheerful.

It would be great to do a little renovation for the rooms.

We’ve returned to this establishment for a decade. Family run & welcoming. We’ve felt welcomed, safe, food & hygiene good. I’m no dog lover but the animals did not detract from the cleanliness. Change of bedding every 4 days or towels as requested is great.

My only gripe was animals were well behaved but sadly at the pool edge clients were miserable & expressed discomfort if pool used. Either by playing children, teens or adults. Such observers would be better placed at the sun patio upstairs as opposed to the pool edge.

The breakfast is GREAT, the staff also praises. The only thing that creaks and moves the bed, feel that they are not stable, but they are very comfortable. The sound of the construction site from 8 in the morning is a bit annoying, but then again, these are some things that are immediate and can’t be influenced. The only thing I can complain about is the internet, which was very bad. Overall impression 9/10

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options! The rooms were cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels every day, which was a big plus for us. At the last minute, Rodrigo from the hotel staff, who was very friendly, helped us arrange transportation to the airport.

Having complimentary tea or coffee in the rooms would be a great addition, particularly for guests who wake up early or stay up late.
