No drinks facilities in the room, kettle tea bags coffee milk etc. Some staff not friendly Asked for water for dog as we had friends pop by to view hotel & was told no…. That is not good customer service at all

Nice clean hotel, dated in parts, comfortable bed and pillows, nice balcony tho small.. rooms small also, and walls are paper thin...we had half board, breakfast was very nice, dinner was a bit repeative, if you like pastas and salads you'll be OK, deserts were always lovely, nice dining room , good seating system, however peak season may change this...good value for money, about ten min walk into the main part of Calella, supermarket across the rd for emergencies...hotel was quiet at night, odd door banging but nothing major, again hotel was not full to capacity in May when we travelled, all in all fairly good stay 8/10...not for young people, mainly middle aged guests, thus the good behaviour, saw no facilities for children .. Callela itself is safe to walk around at night. We saw no anti social behaviour...hotel is ten minutes from a lovely beach...you can pay for late check out if your room is not going to be occupied the same day...20e till 2pm they charged us...normal check out is 10am I think...found this helpful. A safe costs 10e deposit and 3e per day to rent

Most staff don't speak English, but you can get by...Laura on reception is very helpful. Cleaning staff were lovely, but some other staff looked tired and like they didn't want to be there. Large parties of Spanish guests staying when we were there, they were friendly. Lifts are slow and you will have to queue to get into one..

We loved everything. Literally. Food was gorgeous, so diverse. The only thing it would be nice to have some fresh juices and sugar free drinks for diabetic people and children. Even though there was a queue before the restaurant, Marta was handling everything so professionally. Spacious rooms with all mod cons. Cleaning can be done even every day if requested. So close to the beach and the city centre. Whatever you can seek in a great hotel, you will be able to find here.

The light on the balcony was very bright without a possibility to dim it if you go to sleep. Had to cover it with something. Some guests smoked on the swimming pool area regardless of the kids and other guests around, so it would be nice to make people aware of a designated area for smokers. If there were announcements about this and also some misbehaving in the pool, I think people would be making less trouble.

Hotel was in a great location- 5 minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of sun beds around the pool too. Cleaning of room and changing of towels every day. Everywhere was very clean.

Breakfast was very good however only two coffee stations and sometimes had to queue for 20 minutes to get a cup of tea/coffee. They need at least 2 more coffee machines in the restaurant. Otherwise, great!

I like this place and hotel was everyday clean..nice people ,stuff..I was 😊 happy.

What I didn't like at this place is the restaurant.. If you pay for all inclusive and then you need to wait for food..food wasn't that nice I am sorry but everyday rice was uncooked..only what I like was breakfast..and the stuff at the kitchen omg...they faces...not friendly at all. It's look like they don't like they work maybe or I don't know..but it's.nice to smile at people if they ask you for something...

The best thing about this hotel is the food! We looked forward to every meal, everything is fresh and tasty. The terrace in the first floor is great, it has a lot of space, we really enjoyed it. The hotel is really close to the beach and Calella center. The receptionists are really friendly and there to help with your needs. Even though we checked out the last day, we were able to leave the luggage at the hotel and have a shower after beach since our flight was later in the afternoon. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location. The room was big, clean with a nice bathroom and balcony. Balcony was watching on the mountain and the main road and was pretty quiet, the side with the pool was very noisy. Staff was nice and polite. Location is great, near the beach, a big mercadona market is nearby and only a train station is far away (it said on a map you need a 15 min but personalny think is a little bit far away). The main entrance is on lower street.

Breakfast needs more options, this is a hotel with 4 stars, for this frequency of people definitely need more food options.

We had room on 8th floor from the pool side and we had excellent view at see, but we paid extra for this. Room was clean and every day towels were exchanged and beds were made. Breakfast staff really nice ( the nicest ones in hotel). Breakfast every day the same but tasty, could be more fruits and vegetables. Very hard to find parking space near hotel. Beach 5 minutes from hotel. Pool very nice, clean and there was no problem to find sun bed. Evening entertainments most of them in Spanish. Overall this is 3 star hotel so we did not expect miracles. We had good stay.

Bunk beds. On both of the beds there hole between bed and wall what is very dangerous and child can fall into it. On the top bed nobody could sleep. Double bed are two singles pushed together. Sometimes takes ages to get elevator.

Good location, I done the Iron Man over here and it was perfect location for that. Very close to the finish line and small walk to the swim start. Went half board and I liked how you are allowed the option to have the lunch or the dinner. So, you can change it up each day. Very good service plus the food is good too

The room was clean and nice. We had great views to the swimming pool and could see the sea far beyond the buildings in front. The pools were a great advantage for our 4-year-old, since there were waves at the beach.

The third bed we asked for (for a child) was actually a sofa-bed that was not very nice to sleep on.
