We had a lovely stay at this hotel and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were genuinely kind and offered great tips on places to visit in the area, which helped us make the most of our trip. One of the highlights for our children was the hotel dog, Mia. She was a regular around the property and brought a lot of joy to our little ones. They also absolutely loved the downstairs area with the pool table and table football—so much so that they would rush there every day! The hotel felt safe and cozy enough that we were comfortable letting our three children (aged 6, 8, and 9) head down to play on their own. The swimming pool was another family favorite, and I personally enjoyed unwinding at the end of the day with a peaceful session in the sauna. Our room offered stunning views of the mountains, which made waking up each morning an absolute treat. The location also suited us perfectly. One day we ventured to the Moena area, which was beautiful but overcrowded with tourists. Coming back to the calm and quiet of the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air.
That said, the hotel does feel a bit run down in places. There are small things that could use maintenance, which, while not deal-breakers, slightly detract from the experience. We were especially disappointed that the restaurant and breakfast service were closed. The dining area now feels a bit deserted, which is a shame because the space has a lot of potential. It made us wonder whether things come more alive in the winter season.

The San Pellegrino ski area was just a few minutes walk in the morning and in the afternoon you could technically ski back to the door. Nice and spacious sauna (area open between 16-20). Nice pool table and bar area next to the reception. Pretty affordable compared to general Dolomiti prices. There is a parking area and also garage for additional fees.
The apartments we got were quite run-down, specially the 8p one and don’t expect anybody sleeping on those couches (kudos to them though that we got an extra 4p apartment for the week the spread out the group of 14 we were staying there). The insulation was not that good in the room, as the condensation was forming lakes on the floor. We always needed to request extra toilet paper and garbage bin liners, and were provided only 2 which to be frank for an 8p apartment won’t last for the week, so not sure why the scarcity and necessity to always go to the reception and ask. The ski storage area is very basic, technically a small chamber in the garage area for every apartment without any accessories inside whatsoever. The reception area closes at 8, so no pool, bar, etc after that.

The hosts, Daniele and Irene were great and very helpful. A big thumbs up for them! The location of the apartment was great. The first chair lift was cca. 100m away and you could ski back to the apartment. We had a locker for the skis and ski boots. They have a bar with billiard table, hand football and play area for kids, a decent swimming pool with sauna, all for free. There is a big parking space in front of the residence and you have the possibility to park your car in the garage.
Maybe the equipment of the apartment was a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. There are no grocery stores on Passo San Pellegrino, so you must bring all the food with you (not a criticism, just a fact :)).

The apartment was renovated just before we arrived, so it looked much better than we expected!!! 🩷🩷🩷 We had a fantastic mountain view from our bedroom and balcony! There was an option to buy croissants, coffee, water and cakes for breakfast, although the restaurant is closed this time of year. We had two separate bedrooms with all things needed, kitchen with table, sofa, tv, bathroom. The host Taras was very friendly and helpful! We talked a lot at the check in an had fun! Underground parking is a big plus (but if your car is medium or big, better use outside parking)
The door lock and handle was broken and we slept with the the unlocked door. But we were assured that everything will be fine. But it gave a little insecurity feeling. I hope it’s just a coincidence. Outdated bathroom and not very clean. Very loud fan in the bathroom without the option to turn off. Thin wall between two bedrooms - it’s hard to sleep when you hear your friends snoring loud in the other room as if they are right next to you😂 The guests should wash dishes before leaving, otherwise they have a fine for leaving them dirty. It’s not so comfortable rule. No soap, shower gel, coffee, salt.

We been with 2 other families for ski holidays and for us price / valute was great! The older kids ( more experienced) can ski to the house ! The kids played everyday after skicourse in the snow ( while in Moena or Falcade) is no more snow! We used the sauna / pool area every day! The only downside is there is no supermarket in San Pellegino so you need to drive to Moena

Excellent location close to ski sloaps. Spacious apartment. Amazing breakfasts and even more amazing dinners. Very convenient underground parking (10€/day). Very nice wellness. The owner, Daniel, is a fantastic host and together with his staff make you feel like in paradise.
The building and equipment is a bit old.

Exceptional location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the apartments are large enough and have a great view from the balcony.
It could have been a little cleaner, but for the price of the apartment it was acceptable.

Everything. Great location, spacious apartment, amazing view, friendly staff. The pool was supposed to be closed in August, but because of the bad weather they decided to open it for the guests - such a thoughtful thing. We will be visiting again for sure.

If the appartment could have a laundry machine it could be very useful for long stays
