Very clean and nice Hotel. Everything looks completly new. The views around whole Residence are amazing. You can just sit and enjoy! We used the Washing machine in Residence wich is available whole day and night. Staff was very friendly and kind and they are making excellent coffee at the Bar :)) Across the Residence is Hotel/Restaurant where we eat very tasty, homemade dinner - it’s great value for money and if you are Residence Panorama guest, you get 10% off price for your meal. The Residence Location is 10 min. with the car from first cabel car and chair lift. At the first cable car station (La Buse) are 2 refugious with great food and viewes. Second one is Laresei with the chair lift, few steps from refugio with also amazing views.

Beautiful surroundings, the hostel is in a good location. Basically clean rooms and nice staff.

Basically nice and helpful staff, which is why it was a bit strange that they didn't take care of a few things. The valve of the toilet tank did not close properly, which could not be repaired after 2 days of repeated attempts. Not even a plumber came out. The constant dripping could be stopped by tapping the tank. There was no toilet paper in the common toilet. Thin walls.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, friendly staff who couldn't be more accommodating. Easy to check in and out, it was great to have our own little apartment and had all the equipment you need for simple dinners. WiFi and smart TV were a great addition for relaxing after long days of adventuring. I would love to stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. Quiet location. Also my kid really liked playing in the yard of the hotel.

The bathroom was small. On the floor we had animal hair, my socks gathered all of it 😄

The hotel is very nice and well located, only a few minutes away from passo Valles. The toys for kids were a big plus and also the spa area was nice. The restaurant in front of the hotel is extremely good.

Breakfast could have been better, a pity no fresh mountain products were included: no fresh milk or yoghurt.

Really clean, excellent facilities, very comfy and bigger than expected. We were checking in late and the staff made the process smooth and easy which was much appreiciated!

Could have provided more soap and toilet roll initially for a one week stay, but I think we were able to get more from reception so not a problem. Would also be useful to provide basic cooking ingredients e.g. salt and pepper, oil etc.

The hotel is nice,new and comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The view is amaizing. The apartment was very big, the kitchen and the bathroom are good and nice. We had two balconies as well. We recommend it.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and our kids enjoyed the table tennis outside. The views were stunning, and there was a restaurant conveniently located across the road. Will definitely return here!

A bit far from the main points in the dolomites and no daily cleaning throughout our stay or refill for toiletries.

Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable apartment… the views were breathtaking … excellent service from the staff… the breakfast was very good aswell….would definitely stay there again 😊
