The host provided very clear instructions on how to access the property, everything was spotless clean and the area was super quiet. The bed was very comfy and the entire place is modern. It included vouchers for breakfast in a very nice coffee place.

The air conditioner didn't work properly. We waited all night for it to drop to 16 degrees which it never happened, it didn't get lower than 25 degrees Celsius This was a huge disappointment as we book the place looking to have a fresh night during the heatwave and we end up having a warm night anyway.

Location was easy to find and to park nearby. We like the option of choosing between 3 bars for breakfast

Power cut happened in the city due to tunderstorm and we stayed without electricity for 2/3h. Not their fault but there was no generator to compensate this.

Everything, from a great facilities (by far the best I've seen in all my stays in Italy). Amazing also how the place was cleaned and tidy up. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and sharing lot of information. Was flexible with my check in, leaving instructions to self-checking. Breakfast was serve in a local cafetteria so you can feel the teal vibe and not the hostal type of the enviroment

Nothing, even the location is great. Even if not centric you can just walk or have the tram literaly next to the place. You even have an hospital

Nice room with a big bed. The bathroom is clean and new. I had a relaxed and nice stay.

Breakfast is not available in the house but in three different cafés around the corner.

I need the room only for one night and it has to be close to the buss station because the day after I needed to get the bus to go to the airport. The room location was perfect for that.
