Everything was perfect quiet comfortable 5 minutes walk to the beach, the staff are amazing if I needed any help I could call them at anytime, I loved the room

If you are fit it's awesome but if you are old or have any health problems then you might have a problem as there is no lift and my room was on the 5th floor that's the only down side, so it can be tiring

The location is very close to the beach and accessible to a huge market and money exchange service. There's a cheap laundry service by the house which is very convenient. The room is exceptionally clean and has almost everything prepared. The owner is responsive and friendly. The price is very cheap. I actually extended my stay here as the place is probably the best choice at this price with the combination of location, service and cleanness.

It doesn't provide hair dryer, which isn't a huge deal as my hair can be dried within 10 min in this weather.

Room was cozy, super clean but a little bit small. Mattress and pillows were so comfortable. They provided many water bottles for free. Pity the Wi-Fi was so poor. I could barely connect with it. The lock of the room is not so secure. But I feel this is a safe area. Many laundry washing machines nearby the guesthouse. There a night market and gym near to this location.

Clean , quiet room, AC is good, no noise outside which is important for my night sleep Beach is only 200meters away!

I wanted to pay for 5 hours and stay extra time as I had my flight at night. I was offered to pay for a whole day more and was given no discount. So I checked out at 12 finaly No elevator ( my room on the 4th floor) - for me it's ok, but for others may be a problem

Comfortable beds, clean room, balcony and pretty quiet street which was nice. Quite a few meal options around, at the market and cafes.

Not so much about the actual stay but a statement about the location -there’s not many public busses to get you from south to north of Pattaya which would be good.

Very polite staff, clean place, spacious room, near the beach (although full of dirt), near night food market, TV with channels, big fridge, AC worked well, solid bathroom, 2 bottles of water per day

A bit loud from near by clubs, especially if you have the room to the back side. The beach is unbelievably dirty which is very sad

This was an absolute gem. Perfect, traveling through Thailand this was our 5th hotel stop. This turned out to be the cheapest. The room was absolutely amazing, everything was brand new, I'd been very disappointed with other hotels, this one just made my holiday, great location, can't tell you how amazing it was.

There were no complaints, how can there be, it would sound pathetic that I had to move the kettle to boil water 😂😂😂

Evething amaizing! Its like 5 stars high quality hotel!!!!! Clean room, clean and soft towers, no bad smells,newly renovated rooms. Verry pretty owner Amazing place, 2min walk to beach. A lot massage salons around guest house. quiet neighbor. We rent a scooter who is verry good.

Newly refurbished room. Immaculate. Great location one long block from beach. Television actually had English language programming!! ( but everything was on a lag, which was more comedic than annoying!

No elevator, up 4 flights of stairs was not a big deal for me, but elderly, or the not-so-fit may want a lower floor.

Jom tien of pattaya is what you're looking for if you're not the partying kind. lt's a really good place to chill and relax. Very quiet and peaceful on this street. The room was very clean and cold. Hot shower, water supply good. Very near the beach. Hostess was really kind and helpful. Our favorite spot was the balcony since we are smokers. It just get really hot in the morning. Best time maybe 3pm onwards. Lots of power outlet 😁. (a real big plus since we have lots of things we need to charge) Lots of choices for food, and massage(but the massages that I had wasn't so good, too light not the properties fault).

the layout of the bathroom, but not a biggie. the bathroom is very clean.
