no locker old rooms not clean and absolutely need a lot attention to the bathroom and overall maintenance

A great reasonably priced location if you want a calm spot to stay. The staff were attentive to everything and kept everything clean. They even got a surprise birthday set up done in the room for one of our family members with a beautiful bed decoration and a cheesecake slice which was a thoughtful gesture. The room had a old yet clean feel to it. The breakfast variety was good and large. It is in front of Jomtien Beach and we had a room with a great view of the beach and city especially at night time.

Great location Rooms are good but are started to get a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Bed was probably the best I've slept in in Thailand as good as a premier inn. Only thing that let's it down is that it need another 2 elevators as it has a lot of rooms and you could be waiting for a while for the lift. But other than that was a comfortable stay and I would return again

Lack of lifts

We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed the hotel & facilities. All the staff are excellent to talk to. Our Deluxe Seaview room with balcony has amazing views. The main large pool with swim up bar is great.

One major dislike is alot of people leave their pool towels on the sun lounges & leave for hours restricting other guests from using the sun loungers. At one stage there was every lounge taken by towels & about a dozen people in the pool.

We had the 'Cottage with garden view'. It was very spacious and we had a nice view from our terrace on the pool. Because of all the negative comments about the hotel, I was very skeptical, but our experience was totally positive. I also liked that the mini bar was for free and the room cleaning efficient. We also ordered food by room service because of rain and we found it very acceptable. It may well be that other parts of the hotel are different but the so-called Chalet Wing is very nice. The location of the hotel on beachfront of Jomtien is unbeatable. I live in Bangkok because of work since 1 year and I come regularly for a weekend to Pattaya. I will make this hotel my primary choice from now on. To my opinion it offers the best value for money in all Pattaya.

Only 2 lifts which took a long time to come. Tried to charge for a landry bag which was never in the room. A manager did not let us sit anywhere in the restaurant when it was empty. Only in allocated seats. An argument ensued. No name tags on some receptoin staff which looked unprofessional. Reception staff looked casual in dress...not smart.

For me personally I only have jam on toast and cereal. I can’t eat foreign food, so my breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was central to shops and restaurants not having too far to walk to eat drink and shop

We was on the 9th floor and most of the time had to wait quite a while for the lifts.

My room was nice, especially the balcony with the sea view. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. 7-Eleven just beside the hotel was great!

I did not like the safety box system, it was a bit confusing. The 1000 baht deposit demand is quite pointless, though seems like standard in Thai hotels. I did get it back when leaving.

the location is amazing . close to everything. a bit old fashion hotel but very clean . the pool is great. stuff are also vey nice everywhere .

air conditioner in the reception is freezing! the other night i heard the guy in the other room snoring , that's because there are two doors separating our room . mostly a family hoel and couples.

Cottage leading to pool was outstanding.

I would recommend the installation of microwaves into the cottages. They are after all, standalone dwellings, located some distance from the main hotel facilities. Shower mixer needs attention, as it was inconsistent (hot, cold, hot.............)
