Great location, facilities were good with all local amenities close by. Seaview was amazing, you can watch the sunrise and set from your bed! Tobias was a great host, very communicative and an all round lovely guy. The condo had everything you could need, for the price you couldn't ask for anymore in terms of facilities and quality.

One small suggestion would be for an extra set of bedding so you could have a spare to use whilst doing laundry. And possibly spare pillows.

Was picked up by Taxi ordered by Condo Onwer on Time from Sukumvit Bangkok to Condo in Jomtien Pattaya. Was met by the Owner who took me to the Condo showed me around I gave a single figure Bhat deposit to cover Eletric and Water to be used during my stay. I recieved half of my deposit back at end of my stay one good reason for this is that i only used the Air Con on a few accassions. The Condo was well decorated Clean and spacious for me and the best part was the view as it was on the 18th top floor the view from the Balcony looking over to the sea was superb. I will be booking up to go again very soon. I am a mature man who likes Jomtien it is quieter scene than the main nightlife in Central Pattaya 20 to 25 minutes away on the Bhat Bus. This LOCATION in Jomtien will not be suitable for the Young Party Goer who will want to be nearer the Main NightClubs Bars and Walking Street Scene etc all Located in Central Pattaya 25 minutes away.

The host Tobias is the best of the best, if anything is wrong he is there in minutes to help, he also fixed a taxi from the airport 10/10 in service! The apartment was just as incredible, perfect view over jomtien and the sea. It’s close to a tops store and 7 eleven, restaurants, nightmarkets etc, everything you need. And the pool is great (especially at night time) I recommend this apartment 1000%, my whole experience was 10/10

Everything about the property was a positive for me, spacious, bright, clean, sits on the top floor with amazing view to the sea and the sunrise. I watched 2024 new year coming in from the balcony, what a nice experience, very close to the beach and amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, it’s a 5 minute walk from both night markets, well served with the local buses for Pattaya. Comfortable and quiet enough, considering it’s Jomtien beach in Christmas, New year week. Tobias was an absolutely brilliant host, he made sure he gave me an insight of how to get to places and what was going on in Jomtien beach, explained where all the facilities were, the gym and the pools ( there are 2) At a point I lost WiFi signal in the condo but Tobias got the issue resolved within a few hours. Very responsive host. I will definitely stay there again really good value for money. I definitely recommend Thank you Tobias

hello it's Nasser from England, i have been at Condos for almost 2.5 weeks during our staying at condos we had good customer service. condos, room and swimming pool were super clean and hygiene. and hotel management and staffs are quite helpful and assist us with all our needs within short time. people may complain about internet in Thailand, WIFI is good compare to other hotels and condos we spent in past. if you visit the condos, please ask for Tobias as manager, he is quite polite, welcoming, helpful and efficient and try to assist you within short time.

Tobias is GREAT host. Very nice, responsible, reliable, helpful, good communication and always ready to see you when anything comes up! The room was very nice, AC unit, fridge, TV, free wifi, shower, clean, all you need, balcony with amazing view of sea, beach and city, 3 elevators, nice easy going and smiling receptionist, two swimming pools, quiet neighbours, all the shops, restaurants and services downstairs, big parking lot, beach right next to building and also very convenient 10 baht bus trail crossing by. Not a party spot, more retirement like, but great for relaxing or working vibe. Good choice for budget Jomtien destination, price was better than similar places! If you take longer showers, water on floor dont drain fast enough and soon its all over bathroom and behind toilet, be careful :))

Perfect apartment we had one on the top floor the view is lovely morning or night we coukd see for miles. Tobias is the perfect host. Stayed for 3 weeks absolutely perfect. The area has a lovely beach over the road and 2 pools. The area is quite quiet so we used bolt taxis every night to go into Pattaya. It cost a couple of pound each way. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable very modern with equipment to cook. Although as food is so cheap we ate out everyday. Perfect host and apartment we woukd definately another holiday at the condos

As it was self contained we looked after ourselves. We had to ask for additional towels as we stayed 3 weeks 1 towl each was not enough. We did ask for additional towels and extra pillows which we received. In a hotel cleaning staff come in and change bedding and towels. Here we had no change of towels or bedding we felt we needed extra as the heat was so hot 3 weeks in the same bed felt a bit dirty.

Great location on Jotimen beach road, Tobias the hist was excellent communication was very good and the combo was spotlessly very clean.

Good location, clean and well maintained apartment on 18th floor with delightful view. Lovely pool. Close to 3 night markets with easy access using tut tuts to explore area or go up to Pattaya. Good currency exchange at entrance to property as well as Tops supermarket and 7 Elevens. Tobias was an excellent host who greeted us and went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was extremely pleasant.

Lovely to sit on the beach and enjoy a drink but wouldn't recommend swimming in the water. Best to use the pool on s ite.

Stayed for 12 nights, great location and lovely condo, clean modern and comfortable. Tobias the owner is very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and will be going back later in the year
