I had a value for money double room in the remote block next to the swimming pool. I was a solo traveller, but booked a double room that two people could have shared for the same price. It's about 200 to 250 meters walk from the main reception to your room, so only a couple of minutes walk. The receptionist told me if you book a family room you say in the main building right next to reception on the beach road, so you don't have the long walk to your room. If you are in the remote rooms, as I was, the hotel provides a free motorcycle sit in taxi if you don't want to walk to your room, useful when you have a case with you, but I walked the rest of the time. There is food available to order to your room or you can sit outside the kitchens adjacent to the rooms and the swimming pool which are next to each other, but I didn't eat there so can comment. Wi-Fi was fine, so all good for me.

Nothing really, for the budget price I paid it was value for money.

Big room..nice big bed In front of the beach and near good restaurants Very good location

No closet in the room.to put the clothes.Quite unbelievable! Villa Navin is really not in good conditions.Constructions to finish.Parts looks almost abandonned.Reception looks poor. Poor facilities: Just one restaurant.No bar. Decent swimming pool but old. Visually does not look nice and so i consider not worth the money i paid and i promise: i am not DIFFICULT!! Fortunatly the room was nice! I will not recommend that place.

Villa Navin is an ideal place on Jomtien Beach.. It is quiet to sleep. The sea is right across the small road in front of the reception. Motorbikes will bring you to and from the houses. The receptionist does not speak good English.staying here

There are no wardrobes in the room. There are no hangers. We asked the reception about a hairdryer. They also lend hangers. It was not enough for 3 of us. Cleaning daily.

Everything was good. The location is a quieter part of Pattaya but the Villa Navin was fantastic. We stayed in a Villa and the bed, OMG was so comfortable. The shower was amazing, constant hot water.

Swimming pool was brilliant for kids but needed some maintenance as there was damaged drainage tiles. Also they need to add signage of how deep the pool is. Some parts were very deep, No signage, kids could drown if unawares. Also very cold...maybe invest in a pool heater otherwise very clear and clean water.

Wifi did not work in the room - password given both times was incorrect On the last day there was mouse/rat poo in the bathroom

We had a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Old skool Thailand. They gave us ground floor but I asked for top floor 5th for more light, views and security. It's a well worn Villa but everything works. The grounds behind the villa are interesting and the huge pool great. Beach front..and urban jungle.

If you are looking for tranquility this is not for you. Old faded glory of Jomtien but I liked it.

I completely don't understand negative reviews, because of them I wasn't expecting anything good, but in reality it's an amazing place! Clean room with soft comfortable bed, private pools, the free ride from room / to the gates, solid 9 from me! Also the location is great, very close to the beach, to seven or some street food shops.

Loved the hut right next to the pool. The little cleaning lady was was great also very nice 😄👌. Ac was was freezing 👌👌

Hut had a leak in the roof when it rains for an hour, it was olny small an run down the wall but they came fast to clean.
