The room was really spacious. Huge and really comfortable bed. A lot of wall sockets to charge up your devices, mini fridge with water bottles inside, kettle with tea and coffee, safe box, working AC, TV and also amenities in the bathroom. For those who smoke there is a balcony. Perfect location for those looking to have a beach near their stay.

Paper thin door so if there is a noise in the hall you can hear it. Also small troubles with the plumbing system because you can hear a tap sucking the air inside and sometimes it ends up without a water in the tap for few minutes. What is more there is a restaurant connected to the hotel reception which is quite busy during evening hours. For those who don't like walking on the stairs there isn't a elevator. View from the balcony wasn't very pleasant but didn't bother me that much. Be aware of the fee that you need to leave for the keys in case you are going to lose them, which is (at least for now) 1000 bhats.

Small but beautiful rooms with good design and quality of finishing materials. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. The staff is immediately helpful in helping you move in. Downstairs is a good restaurant with good staff.

The windows face the neighboring building of another hotel. If you keep the curtains open, you will always be in full view of the people moving along the corridors. Not all rooms are like this.

Nice and clean place, friendly staff and great food add the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay here.

The noise from 2th Road can be hard to bear if you not use to street noise.

When we came to the hotel they told us that they are overbooked and they don't have a room for us, that they have sent us an e mail saying that. I haven't received it and didn't want to accept the situation. I asked them to resolve the situation since it's not my foult their sistem doesn't work. After some time they came up with a solution and gave us our booked room.

An exceptionally clean well run little gem with fabulous staff (everyone of them ) and for me the food in the restaurant was a really big winner . We ate there more times than we normally would , but it was so good so wanted to try more of the menu . Another bonus , I hadn't realised just how close it was to Jomtien beach . About 200 yards and next to the night Market and other restaurants . I'll definitely go back

Clean and nice room, great value for the money. Friendly staff, and very good pizza in the restaurant downstairs.

Many times we didn't have water in the bathroom, and couldn't shower when we wanted. That may have been a short term problem when we was there, but was the only negative experience we had.

Very good hotel, just behind night market, on the Second road. Room was big and comfortable, everyday cleaning was very good. Very helpful reception. Everything works-TV, air, cond, shower etc. Two bottles of water every day plus tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms were small but very adequate, had everything you need in the right place and it had a balcony which as a smoker was ideal. The staff were all lovely and friendly, would definitely recommend

It was a distance from the main areas but if you worked out the ways around, it was done quite easily and was affordable too

Located not to far from the beach and the night market and not to far from the Thai immigration office where I get my visa stamp very friendly staff in the restaurant and hotel

The shower is a bit complicated it comes out and cold

It's location for me is perfect. Stayed here a few times now . The restaurant is fabulous

A few minor problems this time to be honest. The air con needed fixing (was attended too) . Shower hoses leaking but only when turned on . Good idea to get the maids to check that function .
