Charming boutique place as per photos. Had a narrow pool. Didnt use it but it's there. Is indoors so am assuming is nice and cool. Free coffee/tea next to pool. Room/ensuite size very good, door is an actual key so fridge stays on all the time, unlike some of those key card places, great comfy medium bed for great sleep, has room ceilling fan so didnt need a/c often. A/C worked well when i did use it, good smart tv also includes good cable stations with movies + netflix if u have account, youtube etc. No road noise, no music from bars like many other areas. Nice large balconies.with plenty of plants. I researched many hotels in Jomtien for about 6 months and happy with my decision, albeit only for 5 days.

No in-room kettle but has coffee/tea downstairs. Having said that, i didnt ask about getting an in room kettle as not a issue but know some people like this convenience. Balconies easily accessible by other room occupants so keep your balcony doors secure as a proactive security measure, not that i had any issues, am just saying. If price included 2 eggs on toast for breakfast would have been perfect ;)

Spacious room, comfy bed, brilliant location, friendly staff, great Aircon, lots to do nearby, so close to the beach a few shops and right by the bath bus routes. Lovely massage / hair salon close (Patty's). Reception open and operated 24 hours which is super helpful for check in / out. They also provided an extension lead so I could do my hair properly and a kettle so we could make our own coffee - cannot fault the service and friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for another awesome stay 👍🏽🙏🏽

Termites / ants in the bathroom, not a massive problem, but all over the toilet and sink. Nothing else bad, a great place to stay ❤️

Great room size, location, staff and price! Room was spacious, bathroom was large, interesting views for bird and animal watching. Staff were brilliant and helpful, super friendly and always smiling and polite. Location for us was perfect, our new favourite spot in Jomtien. Close to everything you need :) Our new favourite place!

Very hard pillow, asked twice to change but didn't happen, wasn't a massive problem. The mirror in the bedroom is no where near an electrical socket, so impossible to dry and straighten your hair, also a light above the mirror would be helpful (because no air con fan in bathroom it is impossible to do hair and make up in bathroom if you are warm!) Super loud fridge, but not really a problem. Coffee and tea are downstairs so if your on the top floor you have to get up and dressed and go downstairs, would be great to have a kettle in the room. Not a big deal though, still loved everything else! Nothing would put me off booking again though, these are minor, tiny things and we look forward to going again VERY soon. Our new favourite place:)

Lovely guest house, very close to the beach and many restaurants , rooms large with lovely balcony areas to chill out on, staff always friendly and welcoming, would definitely be coming back

A very nice small hotel with perfect location only 75 m from Jomtien Beach. Our room was big, also bathroom and balcony, it was a DeLuxe with a double and single bed. It has only 3 floors and no elevator, coffee/tea free in lobby 24 hours a day. Recommend this place if you're looking for value for money.

It was 100 meters from beach, yet very quiet at night, clean tidy, and comfy able, only stayed one night, but would use it again if in the area

lot of road works on the promenade, dusty, and noisy in the day time, nothing to do with the hotel

The decor is one notch above most of the competition, and the building has its own charm. Location is great, very close to Beach road, night market and local nightlife, and it is quiet at night. The staff are friendly and helpful. Altogether, good value.

I stayed in both an upstairs room and a more expensive one on the ground floor. This one I preferred, mainly because the upstairs room had a glass panel over the door that let in light at night.

Good value of money & the location is amazing very close to the beach and 7E and tuktuk line.

There was no kettle in the room, and it was little bit noisy in the morning due to the chickens and roster near the hotel ( small farm near by) .

Great location in a side street but still only 50 metres from the beach and busy road (traffic noise), so perfect for me , breakfast just o'kay , not a big option to choose from, room was great ,with large balcony. would certainly stay there again, if l returned to that area.

Very big and spacious room with big balcony. The big balcony surprised me in plus;) Good location, close to the beach, restraints, and shops. There is a swimming pool but very small.
