We had a fantastic stay at Jomtien Thani Hotel in Pattaya. I stayed in family room 1019 with my wife and our 3-year-old daughter, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a small family. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. It made a big difference, especially when traveling with a young child. The breakfast was always fresh and satisfying. It had just the right variety to start the day well, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. The hotel’s location is also great—close to the beach and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. We truly felt at home and will definitely return on our next trip to Pattaya.

Pool view room. (Actually has great sea view too) The rooms have been recently refurbished and it shows, very well finished with superb lighting. Beds were comfortable, 7.5/10 on the marshmallow scale. All clean and modern. Robes and flip flops in room and a really nice touch was that a beach bag and beach towels were provided. Staff get 10/10 on the smiley scale. Breakfast buffet was good but surprisingly no bacon. Good location, couple hundred metres to the beach, close to nightlife but not noisy. Main pool was clean, big and deep. Great value for money. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Very few things to dislike about this hotel, if I had to be super critical, there was a bit of greening in the children's pool area, shower screen not big enough and maybe there was no seat on balcony because the air con compressor, although not noisy, tended to waft hot air across the balcony. Only a few very minor negatives that should in no way put you off staying in this superb hotel.

The hotel has recently had a refurb and it is looking stunning and modern. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The quality of the finish is to a high standard. All the staff are friendly. The pool are is a great place to spend the day- there is a kids pool and seated pool area. The bar serves good food, cold beers and cocktails- a little pricey, but nothing wild. The location has bars, but you don't hear them at night. It is a quiet-ish soi- it is nice to have the option to walk to lively soii 7, but not stay among the chaos and have somewhere peaceful to retreat to.

For the price, nothing. Some chairs on the balcony would be nice.

Hotel location is great, just up side road from jomtien beach. So easy to great song thaews to Pattaya city. Nice large room, breakfast buffet was good. Swimming pool area is great. On the whole good value for money.

The property does need a bit of a facelift, it’s looking a bit tired. But having said that it didn’t affect our stay.

Friendly staff. The location is a few walks away to the beach. It's near to Jomtien Complex and a lot restaurants nearby. If you wonder if they have a safe, they do. :-) a major plus is the room size and it's a clean. all and all it was decent.

I always like a carpeted room. I was under the presumption it's a standard thing. The breakfast is boring but in the mornings I am quite picky. It may be enough for some.

Hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. Nice light and airy decor unlike some dark Thai interiors beautiful views from our ocean view room. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. In two months of travel this is the first place we stayed that mop the floors in your room and corridors regularly if not daily. Fantastic large swimming pool. Central location with bhat buses at each end of the soi.

Have stayed here many times. Easy check in. Good location for ,the beach, bars, massage, and restaurants . Good size pool and now the pool decking is being upgraded. Good size car park . Never have to wait long the lifts. Wi fi works well. Freshly cooked omelette at breakfast .

The towels are so old now, need new ones. Had an adjoining room, people in the other room tried to open the door a few times. Could hear their TV and conversations. Lift floors wet from people leaving the pool. Leak from the lobby ceiling over the entrance .

An old property but functional. The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly so much so that it could be said that the staff make the hotel. Good food very varied for every taste, they had a member of staff monitoring what Food was running short, so foods with top up without delay.

Very limited space in the rooms I was alone but had to keep 90% of my clothes in my suitcase you would struggle with a couple. A major safety concern was so many broken slats at pool side many trip hazards.
