I want to see the location is good. The rooms are clean swimming pool is also good and the price is also very good according to my budget and location is very near to the beach and there are everything is on very new year specially, 7-Eleven shops, hotels, restaurants everything you can access very easily, but I want to see one thing more but when I every time I need to select on one night from Booking.com And the second for the second night, I was trying to select our booking again on from Booking.com and I was so nervous that the price was going high and high without unusable cars so it was a little bit of negative experience experience for me. I don’t know the prison behind by cause I was trying to Fix it in front of management might be possible. Oh, the one more thing, the teabag and coffee bag was very nice experience from the provider from the Hotel management. however, about the booking of ours for the second night I don’t know exactly It was the fault of the management they are they can do it by yourself overall everything was perfect and whenever I will come again, I will stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is spot on. Soi 7 is the Party Street of Jomtien, with lots of bars, resturants, massage shops, launderettes and the like. Short walk down Soi 7 to the beach and the Bhat bus route up towards many bars and restaurants along Beach Road and other Sois such as Soi Welcome. Or up Soi 7 to Rumpo Market with its many food stalls, bars, restaurants and the 25 Bhat market. Also the Bhat bus route taking you to Pattaya if you like that kind of thing.

If you get a room at the front of the hotel it can be very noisy as previously pointed out it is the party street of Jomtien.

Stayed here many times great value, good location.

The hotel has expanded into a Hostel at very low buget prices. This is deteriorating the hotel with too many penniless and dirty travellers. My room 209 is my choice as next to pool. These buget travellers All have phones and laptops but to get some privacy they are hogging the pool area for talking and smoking, in many cases for hours and hours at all times day and night. I was awoken at 4am on one morning. I also like to swim, hence room 209. How can I swim with chain smokers around the pool? Ok it would not be allowed in Europe but these people are mostly European who are abusing normal health and safety standards. Scandia Hotel should NOT permit smoking by the pool, I am considering not booking again.

The rooms were comfy, i slept well, transport was good (tuk tuk)on beach side to go to walking street and the main centre of Pattaya and back for 20 baht return without the need of catching a motorbike taxi that cost more.

When it was raining there were no mats on the floor entry to the hotel, floors are mesy, wet and and slippery you have to be careful on wet floors when entering the building. I spotted a cockroach in the closet, couple lizzards - If you are concerned about insects in your room you need a fly spray.

Never stayed in that area before and found it has everything you need: pool, bank, good restaurants, cheap Thai street food, 7 Eleven and taxi.

The door lock was troublesome and I had to fiddle with it for several minutes every time I entered the room and in darkness because the motion sensor light was also malfunctioning. And apparently they will give you a towel for the beach but not a towel for the pool. Just a couple little things but would stay there again.

I have stayed with you 4 or 5 times now over 4 or5 years. Great value and location

You have no soap dishes in shower and ha e to grovel on floor for shampoo and soap. The lighting is very poor and can not read in bed. Only good light is in wardrobe.

The receptionist Miss Going was very helpful to fix the little issues with the technical Staff. The bed is brand new and very confy. Water boiler fridge and TV worked perfectly Excellent price really Location with plenty of bars (not my thing) But my room in the modern extension of the hotel was far from the noise and very quiet! Very happy about the quick help with the staff

I had a small balcony facing a brand new building. Advantage is far from the busy street and the view was on a clean building in front. Disadvantage lack of day light. And air conditioning took a Big space on the balcony. I'm sure I could have change room easily but didn't want to bother the staff. 100% happy about the price for this quality

Everything was great. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and it had a balcony as well. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is great as well, just few minutes walking distance from the beach and many good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood was good and I didn't hear any noise at night so I slept well and I had a good time staying at this place.

The swimming pool was small but it wasn't a big deal for me since I wasn't looking to swim in the pool anyway as the beach is just nearby, but if you're interested in a swimming pool I suggest you don't have high expectations

Location is nice and easily accessible. Higly secure. It is advisable for families as well as for bachelors. The Jomtein beach is very close to the property. Just 5 minutes walk. Several stores are near by. The front office is very cooperative.

In bath room exhaust fan is not properly working.it is the only draw back but not feel much as it is properly cleaning every day. House keeping very prompt. Several food courts near by. Overall it is Okay.

Great location, great value. Room was a good size with a comfy bed. Close to restaurants, bars and cafes on Soi 7, close to 7-11 and the Baht bus route that now runs along 2nd road.

Could close the door in the shower because not enough space to close it when I'm actually inside it. I'm quite large, but you'd have to a be a rake to close it. My room was right next to the pool so had to keep the curtains closed to stop people looking seeing in.
