We loved how spacious the room was - it was more of a studio-apartment than an ordinary hotel room, because it came with a sitting area and a kitchenette. We also loved the balcony overlooking the pools. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom came with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Staff were kind and let us check in a bit earlier than the official time. Breakfast was a good choice of Western and Asian and the pools were nice. But we liked the beach, which is less than 5min walking down the street, even more. The hotel is located very central - equally close to the beach and the busy Jomtien Second Road and only a short walk to the Night Market.

Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night - next time we'll stay longer!

The King Suite was wonderful. Bed, room size, balcony, view, location, bathroom so big. Breakfast top notch. Loved it. Swimming pool very popular and looked great as well.

The trellace bathroom wall on windy nights meant the blinds constantly were banging against the wall. Easy fix, that was annoying. At check out time, not enough staff, only 1 when I checked out. Not fair on her, she did so well though. I ordered room service 1 night and the plate sat outside where the cleaner left it, on the floor for 24hrs.

Good location. Clean. Nice pool. Good buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious. Checkin was quick. Had coffee machine and coffee capsules provided.

I was surprised about 1000 Baht Cash deposit (can’t use credit card). The only place to sit was on the bed or at the desk. Not comfortable for relaxing. A small couch or chairs to relax would have been nice. Would have been nice to include a bath-bomb with the jacuzzi tub room (small nicety)

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious. Power points to charge phones and other personal devices were plentiful. The hotel internet was speedy, reliable and available throughout the resort. Restaurants, shops, markets and bars were all close by. The included breakfast offered many food choices.

The hotel is next to the Chonburi Immigration Office, which means during the day there is a lot of pedestrian traffic. For us, this did not adversely affect the quality of our stay.

Modern and new facilities, nice and hard bed. Breakfast is great, both european style and asian style to choose from. The location at Soi 5 is great with close to everything and the pool are is great with two pools and large amount of sunbeds and longe chairs.

The armchair in the room is not so comfortable and in my room it was worn so the seating area was not comfortable. It would also be good to have a table at the armchair .

Lovely large bedrooms. The food and drinks were exceptional good value. Christmas eve music on the lawn was very good.

No iron in the bedroom and reception do not have one either. Egg station was overwhelmed with guests and only one staff to try and cope. The pool towels are in need of replacing as they are very old and thread bear.

Good sized room. Clean. Great location. Breakfast selection excellent. Fourth time I've stayed. I have never stayed in the new hotel building but it appears the rooms are a bit smaller than the older building and I'm unsure of the views.

Not much. I had a problem with the lights in the room but the response to repair was very quick. I like cotton rather than what seems to be cheaper silk type pillows.

The hotel is in a good location. The gym is adequate but the pools small.

There doesn’t seem to be a ‘do not disturb’ sign to put on the door. I was fairly jet-lagged and partying a little (it’s Pattaya!), and I can’t believe I’m the only one trying to have a sleep in the afternoon, but I was woken every single day by the room attendants - usually about 5 minutes after nodding off.

Very close to the beach. Location is good. Breakfast options were sufficient but I was upset that there was no cheese..

The visible parts of the room were cleaned but the invisible parts were dirty. I found napkins and nuts under the coffee table. Also, the shelves were very dusty..

Excellent staff with excellent attitude for customers. Very comfortable room and the swimming pool area is always good for relaxing

Some guests smoking while using the swimming pool. I think the staff should have challenged them and asked them to leave
