We loved how spacious the room was - it was more of a studio-apartment than an ordinary hotel room, because it came with a sitting area and a kitchenette. We also loved the balcony overlooking the pools. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom came with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Staff were kind and let us check in a bit earlier than the official time. Breakfast was a good choice of Western and Asian and the pools were nice. But we liked the beach, which is less than 5min walking down the street, even more. The hotel is located very central - equally close to the beach and the busy Jomtien Second Road and only a short walk to the Night Market.

Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night - next time we'll stay longer!

The hotel was spotless, modern, well appointed with an excellent interlocking door between us and the children. The staff went above and beyond to surprise my son for his birthday during our stay with balloons, banners, a Lava cake with a candle and really made his day. The breakfasts were good with lots of variety and the egg station was superb. We really enjoyed every minute of the stay and wish it had been a bit longer but we had to move on to go island hopping.

One of the swimming pools was closed and we weren't informed but it didn't really matter as our stay was so short.

The King Suite was wonderful. Bed, room size, balcony, view, location, bathroom so big. Breakfast top notch. Loved it. Swimming pool very popular and looked great as well.

The trellace bathroom wall on windy nights meant the blinds constantly were banging against the wall. Easy fix, that was annoying. At check out time, not enough staff, only 1 when I checked out. Not fair on her, she did so well though. I ordered room service 1 night and the plate sat outside where the cleaner left it, on the floor for 24hrs.

The staff are amazing. The place is immaculate!!! The food is really good round the pool and we'll priced. And the room are cleaned every day to a very high standard 🙌 And any complaints are sorted there and then with zero from the staff...

The breakfast wasn't to my taste, no bacon or pork sausage.. Just a little thing but would have made it the perfect 👌 experience.

Fantastic 5-star hotel in the middle of Jomtien Beach. Close to everything. 2 big pools. We stayed here more times and we will be back for sure. Maybe for a longer period. The Wifi in the room with and own router was very good.

Automatic doors before you go check in with Your luggage in the new building, would be very recommended. I missed a dress mirror in the room?

Good location. Clean. Nice pool. Good buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious. Checkin was quick. Had coffee machine and coffee capsules provided.

I was surprised about 1000 Baht Cash deposit (can’t use credit card). The only place to sit was on the bed or at the desk. Not comfortable for relaxing. A small couch or chairs to relax would have been nice. Would have been nice to include a bath-bomb with the jacuzzi tub room (small nicety)

I really liked the hotel. Staff upon check-in were quick and polite. Location is really good, fairly quiet soi just a few mins to the beach. Pool area was nice and catches the sun. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The WiFi in the room was a little slow, and the only mirror was in the bathroom. when I came to breakfast at 9am a lot of the food was finished, a little disappointing as it states open until 10am

overall I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and decided to book on for 1 extra night. The pool area is lovely, and so too is the outdoor restaurant although I'd only rate the food as average but very fair value. The rooms were also very nice & clean. breakfast at plenty of choice, however not a good veggie section.

there wasn't anything I didn't really like, maybe there could be more breakfast options for vegetarians.

Lovely large bedrooms. The food and drinks were exceptional good value. Christmas eve music on the lawn was very good.

No iron in the bedroom and reception do not have one either. Egg station was overwhelmed with guests and only one staff to try and cope. The pool towels are in need of replacing as they are very old and thread bear.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious. Power points to charge phones and other personal devices were plentiful. The hotel internet was speedy, reliable and available throughout the resort. Restaurants, shops, markets and bars were all close by. The included breakfast offered many food choices.

The hotel is next to the Chonburi Immigration Office, which means during the day there is a lot of pedestrian traffic. For us, this did not adversely affect the quality of our stay.
