Room had no black out curtains, 7 in the morning the room was as if all lights were on. So no sleep long until 10 or 11. If the room had good curtains we would come back again.

Great location, all you need within walking distance, some very spacious rooms with a view of the beach front, King suite had three balconies, bedroom and living area, each with air con unit, both nice and clean rooms. Excellent open air bar area, reasonable prices and a very good live band every night playing popular sing a long tunes, the staff were friendly and efficient. Motor bike hire also available at reasonable price.

One small detail, the shower areas could do with re-grouting, not a major issue. The biggest downside was having to leave, would have loved to stay longer if time had allowed.

Everything I needed. Clean room and bathroom. Balcony. View to the sea. Nice bar and restaurant inside. Located very good at the beginning of Jomtien Beach Road so not to far from Pattaya if you want to go there. Close to Romphong at walking distance. And for a good price.

There is a huge wardrobe closet but no desk with chair. I would make the wardrobe smaller to have space for a desk if you have to do some work on your laptop.

Nice large studio suite with amazing sea view balcony. Two ice cold ac units to keep your large space cool. The location is super convenient not needibg a moto. I didn't even leave the building because The Happy Viking Bar and Restaurant was such a fun place to hang out. The entrance to the room was not obstructed by the bar either. The staff were super nice and attentive. I'll definitely return if I'm lucky enough to find vacancy next trip.

I usually complain about draft beer selection but Happy Viking has ice cold Carlsberg on tap!!

Fantastic location to explore Jomtien. Beautiful views from the balcony and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk from or jump on a Song Tow to get around the town.

Three flights of stairs to haul your luggage up, could do with a dumb waiter or equivalent.

The ocean suite we booked had an amazing seafront view right from the living room. Sitting down in the balcony to enjoy those views was even better. There’s a massive TV to watch a movie or smth. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. In all, there’s nothing to complain and all to praise for the price we paid.

There were a few tiny cockroaches but only in the toilet and nowhere else.

Perfect location. Walk across the road to the beach and lovely view from the balcony. Bar downstairs with live music but they finish at 11pm.

The aircon was leaking on the last day so needs to be cleaned.

Great location right in the heart of tourist area including the gay complex. Older building with no elevator so of course has its little imperfections but for the price that is ok. Balconies are nice and have a great view of the streets and beach. I would not go out when sun goes down unless you have bug spray. At least in February something up in the air up there likes to eat people alive. Restaurant that is part of this hotel looks good and has a good menu. We only ate breakfast once here because this area is so full of great choices for most budgets that we just did not bother to eat other meals.

no real ice service, that does not seem to be a thing in this country so they are not doing anything different. You can get ice by the glass in downstairs restaurant on request Bathrooms really do need a deep cleaning otherwise place was clean enough. For the price and location i would not say no for this reason.

Hellpful staff, location, and price . I will come again with pleasure. The beach is just across the road. Tasty food in the reastaurant at a very reasonable price. Draft beer! Different types. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Same for the hot water, fridge, TV, internet - all fine.

Please clean the roof of the adjacent bulding from plastic bottles and other stuff...

Very well located,across the street from the hotel.Nice beach ,with a lot of sunbeds and food vendors. We enjoyed the beach especially during the evening under the big palms drinking biers and tasting local food from vendors.They have good European restaurant downstairs with local bier.Great value for the money.
