Location and the building staff are really good.

I checked in at a short notice and i think the staff had not enough time to clean the room. the room was stinking. But the room was so good that i decided to check in and clean it myself

I booked this for my mom and my kids .. My mom gives a thumb up for this place .. Everything is complete , there is extra towels . It clean ..

Location is good, central to most things and safe.

Room is very dated, a little dirty and really small. Backs onto open land with roosters and dogs making noise all the time. Had to use paper to wedge the windows closed to stop them from banging in the wind. No safe or security box, was acceptable for what I needed but I wouldn't stay there again.

Only 1 ring on Electric cooker worked, bathroom ceiling had leak over toilet. Furniture is old, damaged, photos at least 10 years old, many NOT of the apartment. Had to clean the apartment before I could unpack. Very limited cutlery etc Illegal to rent out apartment, not sure who pays the fine or goes to jail, landlord or person renting.. Cockroach spray under the sink You will need it.. Towels very old / thin Overpriced for what you get

Broken glass cover on dressing table repaired with tape sharp edges and slivers of glass, broken cupboard front on floor, broken lock on balcony doors so anybody getting on to the balcony could just walk ln poor security as there was no safe in the room, when I was looking for somewhere to stay i saw there was a roof top pool with sunbeds this was the main reason for choosing this apartment only to find the pool and pool area was closed, I asked at reception about this and they said all private owners had been informed about the closure, if I had been told about the closure I would have cancelled the booking, at 80 years old one of the pleasures of my holiday is spending some time round the pool, I was so disappointed it left me with no option but to find and pay for an alternative apartment I have stayed in Jomtien now on 11 occasions and this was my worst experience I should have been told about the pool
