We got a room that was musty smelling,but the got us another room that was clean and no odors! They are also in the middle of a renovation too.. Got up the next morning we all had breakfast and went on with our day.

The place had some lights burned out and 1 bedside lamp did not work. I brought bulbs from the musty smelling room and replaced the burnt out bulbs. I do feel that management should have been more proactive in checking out the accomodations before putting guest into a room where we then had to move to another room. The door going outside had a 1" gap so I put towels there to keep the room warmer and so no mice could get in.

Location is right down the road from the fishing center and parking lot had plenty of room for me to park my four door dually and 30ft boat trailer. Staff was great and helpful. Room seemed recently renovated and looks like they are making their way through all the rooms to renovate them. I even forgot my extension cord to charge my trolling batteries over night and staff didn’t hesitate to let me borrow one. I will stay here every trip down.

Have no complications

When I go to Port O’Conner with the guys I want a comfortable clean place to clean up after a long day of fishing. The beds are comfortable and clean. Air conditioning is good and the room has a fridge and a microwave! Check-in and check-out process is easy. Good safe place to park my boat and only 2 blocks from the boat launch. The condition of the rooms are showing their age on the Texas coast and in a little need of repair but nothing major. Everything is clean and maintained. Rooms are serviced everyday which is nice to have clean towels and coffee replenished! This is the third time I’ve stayed there and it won’t be the last. Set your expectations for a reasonably priced room that is clean and you can get a good nights sleep and you won’t be disappointed!

Towels are a little thin and kinda rough!

Beds were comfortable and the new flooring was nice. Staff was great and the location was perfect for our stay.

Pillows were a little too flat and towels were very thin. There wasn't much of a breakfast - just cereal, a couple fruits and a few pastries.

Nice and quiet lighting was great on the outside parking area

Restroom has mildew on the upper corner of the door in the restroom. We were in room 30.

I really liked the location. It’s close to the boat ramps and fishing centers. The property is an older hotel/ motel with parking in front of the rooms. It made loading and unloading luggage and fishing equipment easy. There was a place for me to park my boat while we went to breakfast or dinner. They even had power outlets to plug in my boat to charge my batteries. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had two rooms, next to each other, and my 3 teenage boys were in the second room. both rooms were comparable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and linens and towels were clean. If you are expecting the Four Seasons, you shouldn’t stay here. If you want a place to spend a few days while fishing with your family, it’s a great place to spend the night.

The TV cabinet door which housed the refrigerator was broken and made it difficult to access what I had in it. This should have been fixed.

They have a continental breakfast. We did not eat there.

A/C could have been colder and it was very noisy.

The rooms were nice, the location was awesome!! The staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was also very good.

The ice machine is in an isolated area.....kinda scary after dark.
