It is the nicest hotel in Port Lavaca. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Evette does the breakfast and it was GREAT.

The bathtubs don't have stoppers. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. You have to go downstairs when you want coffee. The coffee machine is AMAZING. Just a pain to have to leave your room for morning coffee. When we asked for the room to be cleaned all they did was take the trash. We had to go get towels 3 times. They didn't mop or clean the comodes. This should be a given. The TV had a parental block and Noone knew how to get it off. I guess a guest put it on. Other than that it was a good stay.

We booked because the location was right on the water! Loved eating breakfast with a view of the water. Sad that our room did not face the water. The bathroom was very clean. Rugs were not torn up. No Stains anywhere. Bedding was clean. Loved the squishy pillows! Beds were comfortable as always. Front desk staff and maid staff were VERY friendly and VERY helpful for every encounter. Super professional and genuinely kind, which is rare these days. The staff put our stay over the top!

Location was great! Beds were comfortable! Easy access to bayside we loved being able to fish all night and have access to our rooms! Very convenient.

We had gone night fishing. When we came back to shower there was no water, asked the font desk they said the hotel loses pressure often and it would be back soon, we had to wait til 3am for water to come back. I asked room service if she could clean up the wet towels and get us clean ones came back to no towels and our room was not cleaned.

Wonderful place bed was very comfortable water right there pool and barbecue there very thing I needed was there I give them a 10 if you wanna go fishing, it’s right there If you wanna sit by the water, it’s right there if you just want to sit at the pool, it’s just right there if you wanna sit at the gazebo They have that too welded up at night. It’s beautiful beautiful place. I will be returning.

One thing the eggs but they do have a variety of things to pick from

Breakfast was very good. Breakfast Manager was VERY friendly/ helpful. Love the easy access to the ice water pitcher. Coffee was very good. Room was clean and loved the water view from room. Cleaning staff, very friendly/ helpful when my room key stopped working.

Had problems with lower level door by the elevator would not unlock, the day after our first night stay. Had problems with room key on day 2 of our stay. Could not get in the room.

I really loved all of it. The size of the room was nice, breakfast was good, easy to navigate, friendly staff, nobody bothered us and no one bugs you to hurry up and check out...none of that. It was perfect!

You have to know that you turn by quality inn parking lot to get to the hotel otherwise over the bridge you go!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk (evening shift) was very rude. The gentleman Darwin was nice and professional. The room only had one (1) bath towel. I phoned front desk in the morning to ask for another towel and never received it. I had to dry off with a hand towel. Good thing I'm a petite person.

BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND MANY RESTAURANTS.

THE POOL AND HOT TUB HAD DIRT AND DEAD BUGS IN IT. THE BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME THING EVERY MORNING. THEY NEED TO SWITCH IT UP A BIT.

The pictures show you can walk down to the beach from the hotel. But it is now a retsiner wall, no beach We had to drive across the street to the beach

Everything was excellent. Free happy hour was a nice touch, I didn't expect that. Pool was a good size. Great views. Friendly staff. Great tasting breakfast. Ladies came by daily to clean and get new towels.

Pool could have been a bit cleaner. Hotel actually ran out of towels at some point.
