Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like :) Did wish they served oatmeal for breakfast but that isn't a big deal. There was still great coffee and waffles

I really liked the staff. Everyone was open-minded, friendly, and ready to help. I was at ease and my say was considered. The staff was diverse in culture, which gave me a sense of fitting in. They were very considerate, and helpful and made me feel at home. I also really loved the breakfast!

I didn't like the bad smell, at the beginning when I first moved into the hotel. The smell was of cement and I believe was due to the renovation process taking place. I also didn't like how dark it was in my room. There was not much sun shining into the room. Also, the fact that I kept getting promised that my room would be cleaned, yet never was, was a bit disappointing.

Charging a deposit of $100 which will hopefully be reimbursed but only after 3 days according to front desk. I don't understand this charge because credit cards can verify immediately.

I had no complaints about the hotel but could not understand why the town had the mediums in the highway the way it was. You had to drive way out of you way to turn around and go back where you needed to be .

The room was nice and clean the bathtub was slippery but I put a towel in the tub to keep from having a accident and it worked fine other than that it was nice

I like that the staff was accommodating and very friendly. They offered suggestions on where to eat as well as local attractions in the area.

The price was very good for what I got.

I had to give $50 deposit at time of check in don't know what it was for but they should let customers know when the reservation is made. Even though I did get it back at check out, but I was on a budget for that trip and it almost put me in a bind.

The staff was very accommodating when I requested a downstairs room last minute because my son has a broken leg. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked! Highly recommend

Couldn't access the wifi I was looking for sure stay it was under another name and not on the key card envelope. Other than that stay was amazing.

Room was clean,just the right size, quiet, peaceful. Staff was great . I definitely will be making this my motel on my visits to Victoria.
