Both the room and the stay were pleasant. The price was also pretty good.

The $50 incidental deposit, I mean I can understand if I was a customer, but I think that regulars should be exempt from this fee. I mean we book the room based on a given price and find out that we have to pay an extra $50 upon arrival, that pisses off a lot of clients, we show up thinking it's going to be one price and then we get an unknown fee which about 60% of the time we don't have it especially if we've been traveling for a while. If you want to continue doing that you should advise all of you booking agencies to post those fees when they give their daily or nightly rates that way the clients aren't blindsided with that extra fee.

Right off the highway, which was great for me since I was taking a break during a road trip. Also close to a couple grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Unfortunately the elevators were out during my stay, but it turned out to be no big deal for me to just take the stairs. Overall the room was clean and orderly, and the bed was comfy. The staff I talked with were very professional and helpful.

The breakfast had cold and hot food choices which were very good. The location worked perfectly for me and was right off of highway 77. The ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the room was cold like I like it. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Victoria.

Everything seemed very dated. The carpet looked dirty and dingy. The sink faucet only had one stream of water coming out. Packages of food was left in the freezer. Only one screw was holding the bathroom light switch cover on. Was missing the other three

Had never happened before but the room I walked into smelled funny, not clean, and the sheets had stains. Front desk clerk took care of it right away. We were moved to a room that looked and smelled so much better.

Staff were wonderful. We left the baby’s sleeping blanket, they found it we are having a local friend pick it up for us. The woman on the evening shift at front desk was awesome. She remembered my name. 👍🏼❤️❤️

The turntable inside microwave was dirty.

The size of the room is great and the soap dispensers in the shower. The clerk that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The carpet needs to be replaced. Also, my room needed to be vacuumed, we noticed nail clippings and it wasn't from us. Breakfast could have more of a variety.

I stay here a few times a month. It is clean, love the bed and bedding, the ac works great. I love that the rooms have carpet and the bathroom has a large vanity so I can get dressed to enjoy the many restaurants of Victoria.

I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was average and I would like to see a better selection, but for the price of the hotel, I am not complaining.

There was a mix-up in my reservation and they accidentally booked my room to someone else. It took a bit to get it corrected, but in the end all was well.
