The property smelled clean and was to part with all the necessities that we needed. The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean. The a/c was cool enough for us to sleep comfortably. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the fact that the outdoor maintenance was not up to part. The grass wasn’t mowed therefore the hotel looked cheap and ratchet when arriving. There was too much dirt and gravel on the pavement property. And the pool hadn’t been cleaned up therefore it was closed down for the guests to use.

the breakfast marginal at best. they ran out of a number of things & what was left of the eggs was extremely salty. the breakfast sandwiches were awful. the good news is that the lady who working the breakfast area was kind enough to find more bagels in the freezer & was helpful. there also was very little (3) pieces, left of bacon & it was swimming in grease. overall was very dissatisfied & disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t up to par!!

New, not run down, modern facilities. It was more on the upscale level of a hotel. Beds are very comfortable. That's important when you are tired and want a good night's sleep. Very clean everywhere from the rooms to the breakfast area.

It needs at least one more elevator. All three floors are serviced by a single elevator including the housekeeping staff so there was a longer than expected wait to go up and down.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help.

The room locks you out right at eleven o'clock without any forewarning!

I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Cuero.  The rooms are always clean and the staff is very accommodating and helpful .

maybe need to work on the landscaping and cleaning up a little outside

Rooms were not as clean as one would expect. Trash outside the property was never picked up.

Breakfast was good, staff kind.

Clean, Quiet, and Safe. Great variety of Breakfast items, and ease of check-in.

I don’t like the fact that we occupied over 60% of the rooms for the weekend and the rude lady behind the desk called the cops because we were all sitting around talking and she didn’t say anything to anyone about keeping down the noise or anything just called the cops and she which were extremely rude

Comfortable big room, clean, friendly staff, great location.

Breakfast, we arrived 1 hour before closing and there were no eggs. Slow Wifi
