Location is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Other guests kinda felt like family, chatty and sweet, in the walkways, and waiting for coffee to brew in the breakfast room. Coffee is provided in the room, but that's never enough for me 😴. Fridge worked great.A/C blows cold. Linens were stained but smelled clean.Nice hot water with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very clean, considering I booked a smoking room. Nice Mexican restraunt practicly in the same lot with good breakfast. Overall, I would recommend.

I would definitely not recommend their continental breakfast, my only real complaint.🙁 It kind of seemed like the same items had been sitting out on the counter for a few days, maybe a bit off because of Easter. The rest are annoying but not really complaints. Curtains are a little long were blocking the A/C, I used a hair clip to solve that problem.The floors in the room were very gritty. Thankfully, we brought our slippers. I think something might be wrong with septic or the wax ring on the toilet. Random dampness behind toilet and slight septic odor in bathroom. It's a smoking room, so there were the obvious signs that smokers had been there before me. Light scorching on sink edges and bathtub edge, not complaints, just information.

I am a early riser but the beds were so comfortable I ended up sleeping in for 2 dats in a row and missed the continental breakfast .

Everything! The rooms were nice, clean and roomie. The pool was amazing. They also had a spot to do laundry and bbq.

I was impressed at the breakfast for such a small place! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, it was easy to get to, it was clean! Yes, it's dated, but for a small town and for this price we were very pleased!

The bathtub was patched and really should've been replaced.

Just my go to spot when I'm in yoakum. Place is always clean. Owner is cool as a fan and always make sure things are in order.

Breakfast was fine. Nice selection for a small hotel. One of their greatest assets was Kristin, who was at the front desk when I both checked in and out. She was helpful answering the questions I had with honest answers. I used to work in hotels and that is something I love. Property looks older, but great remodeling of the rooms!!

We are return customers because of location, clean comfortable and affordable facilities. Management is very courteous and helpful.

The front desk person i didn't catch his name was very warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
