location, clean spacious rooms, new hotel.

had trouble getting ahold of someone to check in . also there was only one towel in our room. we also needed a few other things that were missing like jus cups and extra linens but they provided it for us. good stay! jus make sure to have patience while checking in . must be short staffed

The room exceeded my expectations with the kitchenette the cleanliness the the comfort the great hospitality and the location… I enjoyed it all and would recommed to everyone I know going in that direction

The King size bed on second floor is very comfortable. The room was clean with medium size refrigerator.

announced as extended stay but did not have anything in room, not even coffee.There was no breakfast either. Check in was very difficult. Reception hardly spoke English and did not know how to use a computer. Everything was written Down on paper, so pre registering doesn’t help much because they can’t find you on the computer. The couple were elder and very sweet but challenging to work with.

The Wi-Fi and Roku TV and kitchenette.. they did work with us most days some times.

How they wouldn’t come clean just because we stayed weekly. I was cleaning the room by myself. The would take care of everyone and bypass our room. No sheets no nothing. Had to do it all my self and spent about 1400 there weekly for 3 in a half months. They would change outside community trash cans and add no bags. No breakfast?

The bed was comfortable. There was a full size fridge and stove top.

The lobby smelled like a very dirty mop. Check in was a long process since they had to find a clean room. The security door latch was broken. Pictures online looked better than in person. Bathroom tub had a stain on the floor of tub, curtain had stains and smelled. We booked a King and received a double. A lot of outside noise, walls were very thin. Breakfast was included in the price but was not available. The room was set up with a kitchenette but no supplies for kitchenette.

Location on our way to port Aransas. Adorable stray cat was my favorite part. AC worked well, beds and blankets ok. Price was affordable for a one night stay on our way to somewhere else but would not stay for extended time here.

Doors were locked at 8pm and had to provide paper reservations because clerk unable to look it up and there was no wifi. Lights didn't work in bathroom and flies in the room. Bathroom lights resolved and wifi started working later. Clerk could have been nicer. Vending machines were broken. Pillows were flat and hard and room had a musty smell. Desk top was torn up.
