It is very clean inside and out. The people at the front desk were fast, polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable with no noise from the hallway or outside. It was well stocked with plenty of towels and pillows. Since I was here due to a family emergency I didn't use the free breakfast but what I saw of it seemed fine.*

It really didn't bother me that much but just FYI: The first night I arrived around 2am exhausted. There wasn't any hot water so I just went to bed. At 9am there STILL wasn't any hot water so I made do with cold water and told the front desk on my way out. It came as no surprise since the previous day the water (and hot water heaters) were turned off due to nearby construction. My room was one of the ones where the hot water heater was still turned off. I truly wish that before they gave me a room someone had restarted the h.w.h. and made sure it was working.

Clean hotel

It seems like every LaQuinta I stay at, the end doors never open. ALL doors should work if one has a key card for their rooms. This is EXTREMELY AGGREVATING. This needs to be fixed at this location. Also, I always request a ground floor room and ALWAYS it seems. I end up on the third floor totally opposite of the elevator. This is BS. I arrived early enough to get a 1st floor room. I also stated this on my preferences when making the reservation but the desk clerk had no clue.

Location, complimentary breakfast, staff was nice

Room smelled like bbq and cleaning supplies when we walked in and there was hair on rr floor. The room wasn’t horribly dirty but could have been better. The AC was either freezing or way too humid and warm. Even after figuring out the in between for temperature the room was still very humid.

The savings, even on a last-minute reservation. The small town atmosphere made me feel like communicating with the staff more personable. Great value. Close enough to go to Austin without dealing with Austin prices.

Had a strong chemical cleaner smell in the guest hallway. It was almost like it was covering up the smell of legal or illegal cigarettes.

I traveled alone but there were a lot of others that went there as well,as we were there for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was immaculate. The breakfast was really good, especially the coffee!!

The hotel was not as close to the event venue as was stated on the website. The reason we all chose it was because it was closest to the venue. On the website it stated the hotel was 1000 yards away from the venue (@ 1/2 mile) when it was actually @ 5 miles distance.

clean with big room. bed was comfortable. it had a ceiling fan over the bed which is a great plus

no safe in room. the biggest problem we had is that it had a shower curtain in the shower instead of shower door. it had had a shower door but was taken out and replaced with a curtain which kept blowing in on you when you took a shower. it made it very hard to shower and lessened the size of the shower greatly. also the bed sheets were badly stained

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean! We loved the location, right across the street from a Buc ee's and a Texaco. Breakfast tasted great! We would for sure stay again!!

The only 2 things was they did not have apple juice at breakfast and then not the hotels fault but the address on booking.com too us into the city of Lulling instead of the actual hotel

Sam checked us in, he was very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was very good, one reason we picked LA Quinta. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Edna helped us out at check out.

Breakfast was good and the coffee was much better than average. The hotel was not full up, so it was very easy to find a seat and sit with my wife and talk.

There was nothing bad to say about the hotel. Good value for the money.
