The location being close to a decent sit down eatery was great.

Quiet honestly the facility needs some work in quite a few places. Noticed in the bathroom btwn the commode and tub big hole had been cut out in the drywall, portions of the floor walking down the hall on the 3rd floor felt as if you were going to be swallowed up to the 2nd floor. I've stayed in older smaller and larger inns yet they were all kept up nicely. Oh the chair provided to relax(?) in has a back that's straighter than an arrow. Mattress needs either turned over or discarded as it offers little no support. I've slept on mattresses stuffed with chicken feathers that provided more support.

Employees were very nice. Front desk seemed aware of potential issues and assigned rooms accordingly, there was a very loud group of volleyball players that were booked on the lower floor, looked as though most other guests were booked above and away from them, they were so incredibly loud at the restaurant next door that we actually left half way through dinner, but luckily at the hotel we didn't hear them.

The bottoms of the curtains were very dirty due to the weather and condensation, but still need to be cleaned.

All of the staff was very nice! The room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a very nice selection. The ladies who provided breakfast were very sweet. The people at the registration desk were very nice. The hotel is in a great location, and is an excellent value.

Mattress seemed like it was almost wore out as you could tell there was a divot on the one side as it was sunk in. The chair provided to sit in has a back so straight you can almost iron on it-no relaxing in that rascal for sure

The breakfast was great with a variety of things to eat , not picked over. Nice atmosphere and great coffee.

The lock on the door wasn’t as secure it was loose also the door couldn’t always close properly and there was a stain on the carpet from previous guests. I didn’t have a view of pool as stated when I booked a room but it was too chilly to swim anyway .

I’ve already shared this location with several family members who travel frequently. Room was very comfortable, no stale smell, bathroom clean. No need to step out for breakfast…Coffee fresh & hot, good selection of breakfast food items. Definitely using this location again.

the staff that was in charge of the breakfast buffet always complaining about having to bring more food out, about the trash getting full, about how she doesn’t understand why people can not be there early instead of waiting 10 minutes before the time is over and just over all lady was always in a horrible mood that it made the guest feel uncomfortable…I really don’t like to complain but it was for the whole time that my family and I were there 🙁🙁🙁

Very comfortable. Clean and always feel good stopping here. Great breakfast. Been here before and like the location.

Some rotting by bathtub and some trimming in a corner by the bed is coming off.

Trim and walls a little banged up, some paint and touch up would make it feel like it was cared for , but it was better than some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at recently

Coffee. I'm an avid coffee drinker and have yet to find a hotel with a good, strong coffee. Comfort a bit better, but not my much....stiill very weak.....once cream added, it's more watery.
