Another very good stay at a La Quinta hotel. Great breakfast, very smart reception, lovely staff, very good clean room with HUGE tv, excellent gym and laundry. Excellent value of money.

The elevator was very, very noisy and overdue its safety inspection according to the inspection sticker in the lift. Rather horrid view to filthy balcony and rear of next door motel (also a Wyndham) with old dirty towels on the balcony. This was only a few meters away from our window and as also a Wyndham I’m sure it could be cleaned up.

I really loved that even though early check in was not available, the manager had a solution for us. We were going to be at Schlitterbahn all day and didn't want to leave all of our luggage on the top of our car, and she was so helpful and nice and right away had a solution. I feel like she went above and beyond to be helpful and that really stood out to me. The breakfast attendant was also very sweet, accommodating. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy. It was a really great stay!

The staff was very nice and friendly Cynthia went up and above. I needed a room with a walk-in shower and she went out of her way to find me a room that accommodated my needs. Thank you so much Cynthia.

I liked everything about the hotel it was clean, the breakfast was good, the bed was nice and comfortable, and I love that it had a dressing mirror, and the location with great the next time I'm in New Braunfels I would definitely stay there again thanks La Quinta by Wyndham.

The breakfast options were great!

Our bathroom door was put on backward, so the lock was to the outside. It wasn't a big deal for adults and we reported it to the front desk. However if a young child were to have been in the room then it could have been a different situation since you could have locked someone in the bathroom from the outside and the person in the bathroom wouldn't have been able to get out. When we reported it to the front desk, they tried to get us a different room, but there were no rooms available.

Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great and they had a good selection. Check in was smooth and desk attendant was polite. Location was perfect…close to everything for me. I would stay here again especially for the price.

Bathtub was old and rusted and didn’t have a clean feeling and the faucet and shower head need to be updated. The TV guide wouldn’t provide any information for the channels but it was fine. Few dead bugs when I first walked into my room.

The property was very clean & well maintained. The staff when we checked in was very friendly. The room was very clean & very spacious. The A/C worked very well. The property had everything we needed including snacks & drinks we could buy.

I think the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the location. It was right at the intersection of two extremely busy highways, Hwy 46 & I35. The made it pretty difficult to get in or out of the property.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating...we forgot our toothpaste and the front desk provided us with a small tube of toothpaste and toothbrush. 😀

We parked in the handicapped spot closest to the front doors. When we came out the next morning, there was bird feces ALL OVER our van. (It took two turns at the car wash to get it off!) Just a suggestion: In Austin, they put netting around the tree branches so this doesn't happen.

The staff was amazing. The location is clean and easy to get to, considering it's Texts and the roads aren't the best.

I didn't like that the windows were so thin I could hear the highway and all the traffic inside the little city as well. I drove 799 miles that day and needed my sleep for the 947 miles that were head of me, and i just didn't sleep well with all the noise and traffic.

The room was clean and well furnished with lots of space. Breakfast was good and tables maintained. The bathroom was well lit, and the hallways were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The elevator made screeching noises and didn't feel safe. There was construction going on, which we didn't know about until we arrived, and we couldn't cancel at that point. The front desk never answered the phone when we called from our room many times. We bought ice cream from the convenience store and found it was melted. We informed the front desk that their freezer was not working, and they unloaded it and were getting it repaired. We told them about the melted ice cream, and we're not offered a refund or thanks for informing them about the freezer. The posted signs said there would be no construction noise on Saturday or Sunday, but there was still work going on those days.

This property was great. The front desk helped us get rooms together even after we checked in on separate floors. The final four game was in San Antonio so rooms were outrageous. This met our budget and was close to where we needed to be. It was extremely clean. It’s older and has been redone. The breakfast got the job done. Our kids enjoyed it and the location was great.
