The property was in great location, extremely clean, decorated with pretty, festive valentines since it’s Valentine week! The breakfast bar was very nice with great variety; such as….hot biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and juice! Also variety of cereal, milk, yogurts, oatmeal, and waffles! Yummy!!

The cleanliness was Amazing. Un happy with staff. Front desk would not allow me and my family to check in 40 min early even after being told our room was ready but weren’t allowed to check in early bc another guests room wasn’t ready and would not fair to let one check in early and not the other. We drove 5 hours to hurry and try to check in then try to rush to the wedding we were attending. They offered us there guest restroom to change in. Understandable. Maybe just don’t tell the guest their room is ready and they decline early check in moving forward to avoid guest complaints.

Breakfast, friendliness of the front desk, energy of the place! Beds were comfy!

Needs an update in some rooms- my room had a chunk of sheetrock showing with carpet missing. A rough and worn chair at the desk- I never sat in it again, due to the fabric kept flaking off on me. Also saw a small roach on the bathroom door. Other than that it was fine.

Angel at front desk went way and beyond customer service by getting me a room before my niece’s 2pm wedding at 12:15pm so I got there just in time to hear them say “I do”. Thanks a million Angel because those memories are precious! I will be back for watermark family reunion later this year.

Everything was great!

Shower head sprayed so intensely that it sprayed outside of the shower door. Then door is an unmovable half glass wall so it always remained opened. The water coming out wet the bathroom floor and toilet and damaged the bathroom door. The mini fridge leaked and we woke up to a puddle in the room. We had to use all of our towels four either the mini fridge leak or the wet bathroom floor.

Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was well maintained.

The AC system didn’t seem to work, the room was very humid, wet floors. No service, staying for 3 nights, I would hope for beds made, towels replaced. Do not like single use toiletries.

My room had a problem with the A/C and the Angel who I assume was the manager attempted to fix it and when she couldn’t she immediately put me in a bigger room right across the hall so I didn’t have to drag my stuff around and made sure I was comfortable. She answered any questions I had and was very nice and helpful also the breakfast was very good

Front desk staff was super friendly. Angel was so helpful and had great customer service, at the time of schedule change the new clerk was also friendly, I did not get her name. She told me but I can’t remember.

Hotel was great I don’t have any complaints.

Did not eat breakfast liked the fact that the frt desk clerk offered to put us on 1st floor due to having my 80 yr old dad who can't walk very far, so she gave us the room next to the side door/pool.

Everything was very nice. Room was clean and very comfortable.

The receptionist was amazing and kind! We were even given a Christmas present since it was Christmas evening. The room was clean, no musty smells, beds were comfortable and. breakfast was a full hot breakfast.

The fire pit didn't work for us. The receptionist did tell us to ask if it didn't work and they would light it but it was late at night.
