This was a nice place to stay. Clean, updated rooms, that were comfortable and safe. The parking lot had plenty of parking too. I would stay here again.

The only thing that I really didn't like is the lighting. For some reason, they use those harsh, cold LED bulbs EVERYWHERE. It was very uncomfortable to have the lights on. A few, lower wattage, warm bulbs would have been put this room over the top. The morning breakfast has become a joke. Call it morning 'snacks' and a waffle maker. Fortunately, I didn't stay for that amenity.

Here's what I told Trip Advisor: This is an economy hotel, but for an economy hotel it is an outstanding bargain! The location is convenient to the Interstate, to the city itself, and to the historic Gruene district. Nonetheless, it is far enough away from the highway that there were no traffic noises to disturb our sleep. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovation, but the work was done during the day and did not disturb us. The hotel is quite clean and well-maintained; the furnishings seem new, and the rooms are good-sized for an economy hotel. The bed is very comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep. The refrigerator was large enough for our sodas and beers as well as snacks (although the room did not have a microwave, there is one in the breakfast room).

Continental breakfast was ok, but did not have a lot of choices. It would have been nice to have eggs, saussage, and fruit as additional choices. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was not secure which should not be

Good location, staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean.

Breakfast was sparse. No fruit, only protein was mini biscuit sandwich in a package. Suggestion would be to add Greek yogurt with mix ins.

Conveniently located, presentable, felt safe, the room was clean nice.

Building was a little humid, and the bright lights outside peeked through the curtains. Would have like better window coverings

I didn't have breakfast. All carbs or sugar. Not healthy. My room was very clean, as well as new bedding and towels. I like the pull- down shade . It kept the room dark at night. Very friendly staff!

I know they are renovating so perhaps this will change but there are no towel racks, just a hook so my bath towel was touching the bathroom door all day and hand towel just lay on the counter. The toilet is exceptionally low and those of us who are tall with joint issues find this difficult to get up and down. A wall bar would help!

The room was fine. Price was high.

The service was adequate, but they do not go out of their way to make sure you have towels or toiletries.

Digital TV not cable with no guide to know what channel was without scrolling and it took forever to work through the channels

The location was great for me to getting to and from work within 10 minutes.

The breakfast could have been exponentially better. All they had to offer was cereal, yogurt, some type of bread. If you plan on staying here, just be ready to order breakfast from somewhere else every morning.
