It was easy to find and close to Schlitterbahn, dining, and necessary shopping. It felt like a safe location. Overall everything was very clean and looks updated. The staff was nice. I forgot an item in the room and they had it for me at the desk when I remembered it later. The room was plenty big for 3 people. Breakfast was mostly good with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, packaged Danish, juice and coffee. Price wise I thought it was slightly better than what was available in the area, and about what I've paid in the past for similar hotel rooms during peak time in other tourist areas.

The incense mist in the lobby and hallway is too strong. I began coughing immediately from it. I could hear every move from the people above me. They stomped and banged around loudly until after 11pm, then began again in the morning. I didn't complain because we wore earbuds for our devices most of the time, but I was on the verge of doing so. Be aware that we could also hear people's conversations from their rooms as we walked down the hallway. I did have to get clean towels and more soap at the front desk because we stayed 2 nights, but we did like that nobody came into our room while we stayed there because you have to request housekeeping for a multi night stay.

Ideal location, adjacent to I35. Beds were comfortable. Room and hotel were clean.

There was a damp, unpleasant smell in our room 219 (air conditioning unit?). More instructions on how to make the waffles at breakfast would have been appreciated. As a British person, I have never made them before so didn't risk it!

Only reason I didn't give it a 10 was when checking in the gentleman behind the counter was not helpful and I felt like I was an interruption by checking in. I had a reservation but when I spoke with others the following day they went out of their way to assist. All of them, except this one grumpy older man.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dining area was clean. It was a very quiet stay.

Only decaf coffee was provided. No orange juice, or cranberry juice was available on first day. Orange juice was available on the second day, but the other items were not. Room had a dusty smell.

I really liked the comfort I received during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and shopping centers.

The breakfast could have been better. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere because of the poor selection of food items. However, it was adequate enough for people without food restrictions or special diets.

The location, service, breakfast, and room were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

You can hear everything from the next room. Unfortunately, the people in the next room were active the whole night and even into the morning. They were pretty noisy.

I liked the tea options for breakfast, the fact that no pets were allowed and the location.

I didn't like that my keep didn't work even after many attempts to fix it on different occasions. Then when it did, only one worked. I didn't like that they weren't any vegetarian or non pork options at breakfast. Some eggs would of been nice and honey.

Very clean room. Location was close to the civic center and across the highway from Buc-ee's.

Low water pressure in the shower. Bkfst choices were okay, wished they had bread for toast, but waffle and yogurt were fine.

The beds, cleanliness, and the staff were all amazing. The comfort is definitely outstanding!!

We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. All of the juice options were out of order. A way to make up for that would've been to offer single juices for the guests to choose from. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Location of highway was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good; would have been nice to have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

WAY overpriced for the room/location/food/etc. Price point should be $50-$75 less for the type of hotel. Not likely I will stay here again for my next two trips to New Braunfels in the next few months.
