The whirlpool tub was wonderful. The staff was kind. Good free breakfast. Location is easy to access. Bed was decent.

The tub was a little smaller than anticipated which was a little disappointing since it was our main reason for visiting. We didnt use the jets at all, so not sure if it really worked or was cleaned properly. The view out any of the windows isn't anything interesting. Our room was on the first floor and a lot of the pool attendees passed by our window. Also the pillows are super thin and lumpy.

The price and location were good. The grounds and room were clean. The breakfast was included. I loved that there was no carpet. The floors were clean.

The heavy musty smell in the room. This may have something to do with the age of the facility. The bed was not at all comfortable. At breakfast, the milk was spoiled. When I reported it, they quickly replaced it. You get what you pay for.

Very nice staff, clean facilities

Old, uncomfortable mattress. Door did not close well and had to be slammed to shut it...I'm sure it was very disruptive to neighboring rooms. Housekeeping staff starts extremely early pushing very loud carts up & down the sidewalk outside the rooms. Being woken up at 7:30a on vacation is never ideal.

I literally booked the last room of the night while standing in the parking lot of another hotel due to an infestation of roaches. When we arrived a few minutes later, I was greeted by the most pleasant concierge. I explained to her what happened and she immediately got us taken care of. Next morning, I received a curtsey text just to see how our stay was. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and staff was great.

No elevator but it really didn’t matter, it was roach free!

The bed was very clean and pillows was perfect. Bathroom was clean stocked with towels. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good and fresh. Juice was good and coffee was good. Swimming pool was clean and hot tub was hot.

No complaints but the cost was a little steep

The staff was amazingly helpful and it was very clean, great location for what we needed to do very convenient.

We had a handicapped room with roll in shower and grab bars which was awesome but the toilet was too low and beds high. Also the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

It was a nicely kept hotel.

No water in the hot tub. On Saturday we noticed other guess arrived at the hotel after we came back from our function that night. Someone parked in the 2nd parking spot which was right in front of the room we were staying in. I tried to park in the 1st parking spot but couldn’t because of the tall bush that was next to that spot. So I had to squeeze into the 3rd spot because the person that parked in the 2nd spot was parked closer to that parking spot. The bush really needs to be trimmed for anyone to park in the 1st parking spot. These are the only 2 things we found wrong with our stay.

Loved the location being tucked away - Hwy 46 is a nightmare - but this location was perfect.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff was friendly and gracious. The breakfast and coffee each morning was a tasty treat.

Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. Room was clean and wasn't hot walking in. Which is great with heat index outside of 110°. It was nice to walk into a cold area.

The shower nozzle wouldn't spray out evenly. It sprayed slowly out as well. The coffee maker in the room was dirty looking inside the filter area so we didn't use it. It looked like th coffee was stuck on the container.

I ask the front office to please make sure I get clean towels and to take my trash out because I will be out of day when I come back have not clean towels and my trash was still on my room
