Loved the location, easy to get around town. Room was nice

Accessible shower was not great, got the bathroom floor wet everyone we showered, even with the shower curtain. Also don't recommend staying on the first floor. You can hear all the noise from floor above you.

They were very welcoming for our fur family member.

When we arrived all parked was marked off for painting and then they took it all down quickly after a few customers asked about parking. However, they did offer us the parking on the hotel next door so we were not far.

It was close to restaurants and shopping centers. Also close to downtown New Braunfels.

I wish the room had a dining table even if it was small.

The room was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with serving ware and cookware, had a great sized fridge, and the pantry was a plus. With two desk areas, there was plenty of space to get some work done.

We needed to use the sleeper sofa and the mattress on it was clean, but very uncomfortable. The springs made it very difficult to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was a little low and the water never got quite hot enough.

Living in extended stay is a plus. Have kitchen facility, microwave and refrigerator. Free use of washer dryer is a big plus. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Shower is weak. Mattress is sagging, time to change.

Has a full kitchen. Never had a hotel that has one before. Definitely will book again. I wish all Hotels were like this.
