Staff was friendly and helpful. Debbie and Lisa are great. The room was big and clean. The pool was working, nice and clean. If we needed something, staff was there to help. Definitely go again.

The only thing we didn't like is that our room wasn't ready at check in time. I know they were under staffed with housekeeping. When you've been on the road, you want to be able to check in at your time. We were offered another room though, that was ready, instead of waiting on our suite. So, again, a lil upset about that, but they made up for it.

The staff were very nice and receptive to our requests for support The laundry facility was nice, however, one of the two washers was out of order the two weeks we stayed. Was not a problem as the one other machine worked great. The room required some cleaning to make it better. There was a water leak that had the hallway floor wet for the two weeks we stayed .

Quite noisy with people banging their doors rather than pulling them shut gently. If you can fix that you are a genius.

The price and place smelled clean. The bed was comfy and big. Nice space in the room. The location was great! The staff was nice and informative.

We had the deluxe King room, it was a big room but had a lot of empty space, maybe a couch or something would have made the difference, just looked empty. The t.v was small and the indoor hot tub and pool was closed but we stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal.

I absolutely Love how clean it is.. especially since you allow pets. The shower has decent pressure (at least room 224 does.. Can't speak for the other rooms). No roaches, torn up beds, walls, doors, etc. It's Very Affordable and allowing pets in with no additional charge exceeded my expectations. I already booked another stay! I Love this place!

The room was very big clean and comfortable really enjoyed it

The TV was too small for the size of the room, very hard to see inthe corner. Outlets next to the bed should be closer for charging computers and phones not under the night stand witch makes it hard to get too. Plus yall have no place for pets to potty or play but very thankful they can stay for free! But the number of pets is not good small dogs shouldn't be a limit to how many if they weight is under 5lb each

The breakfast I didn’t get the breakfast but the bed was comfortable and the restroom was a little small but other then that I didn’t have no problems

It was good I just really didn’t like is when everyone would smoke they would bring it a little bit of the smoke inside the hotel but there was really nothing bad at the hotel

The staff is really attentive and kind at all hrs of the day! Debbie is fantastic every time we stay!

The pool and hot tub were closed for then entire week except the last night of our stay, but we will enjoy it next time!

Unsure why people give lower stars the availability, price and quality are all excellent also one set price is great. Love this place.

Hotel should provide liquid shampoo/conditioner dispensers inside showers it would greatly improve customer satisfaction at a low price.

I like that it was close to most river enterances it was 8 minutes to 5 minutes from any river great for swimming we mostly stayed the night to sleep the rest of the day we were out on the water really close to Schlitterbahn too.

It was an older hotel it does need some renovations. The door in the bathroom had a lot of water damage and the tub is a weird corner shape.The pool was closed which was a bummer for the kiddos. We didn't experience bed bugs but I did see two tiny roaches the two nights we were there but over all not to bad for a last minute booking booked two day before we got there.

The room was bigger than expected. Glad it had a mini fridge and microwave.

The front staff lady kind of gave me an issue about not having a kennel for my dogs to stay in when I'm not in the room. I did mention to them I wouldn't need any house keeping for the 2 nights I was staying since I don't carry a kennel and my dogs are very well trained indoor dogs.
