The front desk employee was very friendly and gave us an upgraded room with King sized beds. The room was very clean and beds and pillows were comfortable! We really liked the larger than nothing refrigerator and coffee pot! It was an extra blessing that the laundry room near the pool area did not charge when we wanted to dry our towels and wet clothing. It was quiet for the most part. The train is very close but seemed natural and didn’t bother us. We loved seeing deers walking around every morning. We really enjoyed being there during off-season!

I like the fact that I was given a room close to the office as I was traveling alone and would be arriving (back) at my room late in the evening after a wedding I was attending. I was at the resort during the "off-season" as well as having a mid-week stay. I am certain that during the summertime it is busier, louder & rip-roaring. I saw a pool, stage, outdoor bar & movie screen near my room. There was a family of whitetail deer lounging nearby as well. The room was nicely appointed, rustic, comfy, quiet, with good AC & ceiling fans. There was a nice big screen TV, with ALL the channels so I was able to watch the MLB playoff game in which I was interested. The grounds were spotlessly clean as well. There appeared to be plenty of parking & I found a spot right across from my room. There was a coffee pot & complimentary coffee in the room, and a nice sized fridge for my eats & treats. The office staff was kind, engaging & informative.

The only negative during my stay was that the local water company shut off service the morning of my departure without alerting the resort; that was definitely not enjoyable, but it was NOT the resort's fault. I spoke with the lady at the front desk & she reported that the utility does that from time to time with no notice to their customers.

It was a good location. We enjoyed the space. Love the couch made 2 small twin beds. Love the jacuzzi tub. Love the balcony. We seen an owl in the tree by the balcony.

Could have used another chair in living room to sit in. There was 4 of us ladies. Could have used some more pots beside 1 skillet and 1 bigger pot. Need a curtain in the living at least on one side of room. If someone sleeps on the couch that dang BRIGHT light accross the way shines in on the couch where you are trying to sleep. Would love a hot tub at pool area.

I was pleasantly surprised. This condo was super nice. The beds were ok...not the most comfortable ever and not terrible either. We both slept fine. It's on the river and about 5 minutes from downtown New Braunfels which was amazing!!! The kitchen was super nice so if you are staying longer it has full size appliances and even a mini-wine fridge. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. One of the best places I've found in New Braunfels.

Mattress could be better but they weren't awful. I slept ok.

I absolutely loved the affordability and the location. it was very close to the main part of downtown New Braunfels but was also easy to get to the major highway.

I wasn't crazy about where the thermostat was for the room. it ended up being behind the TV and we were freezing forever until I could find it. I also wasn't crazy about there being a sign on the second door saying we couldn't open it which means we couldn't access the back balcony.

When we arrived we were greeted and made to feel like we mattered. The room we had booked, they informed us that the AC was not working properly, so they upgraded our room at no extra charge. The room was amazing, the pools were nice and clean, not very crowded. Overall our experience with them was fantastic.

The parking at our location was a little difficult, but otherwise everything was excellent!

It was such a pleasant experience ... and it is the perfect time to go to the Resort at Schiltterbahn before the park just gets overrun in the busy silly season.

The mattresses on the bed could have been a bit firmer. We had some sore backs in the morning after our stays.

Great location for both New Braunfels and easy to get to the highway and Interstate for travelling. Large rooms and having a separate kitchen and sitting room was excellent as I was staying for a full week and working. Very quiet off season (especially midweek) but safe and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Resort is in an ideal location to attractions and dining. Our unit was right on the river with a spacious balcony view and the layout of the the room was open, inviting, and very comfortable.

It took a few minutes to get hot water running.

The comfortable beds, and excellent staff and management. Clean room, changed out the TV that didn't work, with one that did work. We also got to see some wildlife around the resort, deer's, squirrels and the birds.

No windows, and didn't like the stairs to climb.
