From the moment I checked in, I could tell this Motel 6 is something special. The entire place feels refreshed, clean, and incredibly well-managed. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and even offering helpful local recommendations. My room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The beds were comfy, the A/C worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy — no extra fees and lots of open space nearby for walks. Location-wise, it's right off I-10, super convenient for travelers, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. There's also plenty of parking and several restaurants just minutes away. You can tell the new owners really care — it’s the little touches like the fresh linens, clean common areas, and friendly check-ins that make a big difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motel 6 at Seguin, TX to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the room could use a few more amenities like a coffee maker or an iron — but honestly, for the price and the cleanliness, it’s a small trade-off. With the new management already making great improvements, I’m excited to see what updates come next!

There wasn't much that I didn't like. This place doesn't serve breakfast, but with the budget-friendly rates, I saved more money on the room and spent only a little on my preferred breakfast in town which is much better than the free breakfast served for free in motels.

The room appeared very new, as it looked recently renovated, as well as neat & clean. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, along with the exterior areas. The staff was very friendly, and it felt like they cared about the property, and a very convenient location right off the I-10.

The stay was great overall, just wish we could have arrived a day earlier and brought our portable grill so we could have done a barbecue picnic by the river.

The lady Ms. Lu was such an angel she made sure I had everything in my room gave me clean towles did my bedding daily and cleaned the room it smelled awesome.. she is so sweet and her husband mr. Joe is such an angel as well I had trouble with my car and he helped me out he didn't even charge me. These ppl are such a blessing. Thx motel 6 for hiring such blessing ppl and helping and ppl who care about the customer not just money like most!! Thx again

No pool

I have been staying here frequently, and this is my 1st visit after May 2025. The new owners are clearly making a difference — the rooms are cleaner, the staff are friendlier, and the overall vibe is more welcoming. Great value and much improved!

Wish all other Motel 6 were like this!

The General Manager is always so nice. He is always willing to accommodate us when we come into town to stay. We stay here at least once a month.

The showers need some updating, the paint is all coming off. The shower curtain rods need to be replaced.

The manager went out of his way to accommodate our wedding party that stayed here. The manager had a great attitude and we would definitely stay here again.
