The breakfast was good. It could use a little more variety in regards to eggs. But it was great. Staff was very attentive, and helpful.

I have been a guest at other Hampton locations, and was surprised that this location doesn't offer an evening social hour like other locations. Which would offer beer and wine in the evening.

Check-in was fast and easy with Ascension. The room was a nice pool and there was a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, and the kitchen personnel were very helpful.

Our only issue was the fact that the microwave in the room was not working. I can understand that since it was late evening, maintenance was already gone. We were told that all the rooms were booked so they could not switch us or get us another microwave. Ascension did say that we could use the microwave that was in the kitchen, however the kitchen is locked at that time of evening. Hampton Inn is such a reliable chain, and we were surprised that they did not offer us some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

Nice accommodations, friendly staff, decent breakfast

18 Wheeler parked at curb close to hotel and it was noisy all night. I turned on my wave program and slept great.

We did get to have breakfast, but the coffee was delicious, and that's all that matters, lol! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. But, of course, my wife was pleased about that.

That we missed breakfast and had to get out of bed so early. To make check out on time.

The cost was high, but it was a holiday weekend. Had some wear and tear issues, but they seemed to be addressing those.

The staff accommodated us when my husband who suffered from back pain needed early check in - so appreciated. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, and beds very comfortable. Staff courteous and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location, great breakfast, very quick and efficient staff. Awesome room and bath. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future if in Seguin or nearby.
