Great location, clean and the check in procedures were good. Staff were friendly.

1. The one working elevator was extremely slow and this was a very busy weekend with high volumes of people. 2. The hydration station was low at times and consistently did not have cups readily available to assist with staying hydrated in warm weather conditions.

I liked the bright colors and openness of the lobby, it also looked newer.

The only problem I had was a guest was “talking” to the front desk about a problem and it apparently got a little heated so both front people went into office but they didn’t come back out for a long time. I ended up knocking as there was a line forming.

Wonderful hotel. It is simple but have some luxury. Not too fancy but very clean, comfortable and silent. Delicious breakfast with many options of meals. Marriot hotels are another kind of level of hospitality. Friendly and very prestative staff.

The curtains couldnt cover completely the windows in the room.

Comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good, with the normal options. The staff was friendly and helpful across the board. We came to move our son to TXST, this will be our go to from now on when we visit!

Elevator issues on both elevators the whole 4 days.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was difference yet delicious. (Please better bacon though) the body wash was refreshing. Loved the beds. Pillows were comfy and sheets soft and cozy. Loved my stay.

The bacon was paper thin. No one likes bacon sheets.

way understaffed during breakfast. food wasn’t coming out fast enough, trash was overflowing, and the 1 lady working couldn’t keep up and looked exhausted. if it were me, I would have walked out. she needed help. I noticed this on both mornings I was there. also, pool area and outside trash was still overflowing from the night before at 9:30 the next morning when I left and went to my car to leave.

The bathroom is a very good size and the souffle breakfast included with the room the next day was delicious.

We asked for a room with 3 beds and they gave us two beds and a cot that was smelly and uncomfortable.

Great location, very clean

A bit overpriced. Breakfast was lacking, for example the only fruit was three oranges for an entire hotel. Missed flavored coffee creamer. No bread for regular toast.

This is a great property. Conveniently located and excellently maintained.

The mattress was super soft and I slept poorly.

Overall everything . Comfort , Cleanliness I can’t really point something in particular.

Not that I didn’t like it, the lamp on nightstand wasn’t really working.
