The food was good and offered variety. The staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning was blocked by the window curtains, so you had to choose between keeping the room cool or letting in natural light. The shelf over the bathtub in the shower is completely useless and only takes up space. The outside of the windows is poorly maintained—there is trash, and it looks unpleasant.

What I liked about the property was that it wasn’t a peaceful area. It was clean. Very efficient. When I asked for extra towels we were able to get them without any hesitation. The staff was amazing and being polite when checking us in.

The only thing I didn’t like was that some parking lots were a little reduced than others so we had to find a convenient parking spot because we came in and SUV. Other than that everything was great.

Location. It was close to restaurants, floating activities and shopping. AC worked great.

First room definitely had someone that smoked. I immediately went back to Lobby and they changed our room without hesitation which I appreciated. Bathroom needed a deeper cleaning( mold in shower). Noise issues- people talking on phone outside of room, could hear people walking in the room above us(seem like all night) and people partying outside their rooms/parking lots. Could hear all this inside of room.

First time staying here, saved it to my favorites! Booking was easy, checking in super easy, lovely receptionist, rooms were spacious & clean, pool area very clean ! Ice machines super accessible. Breakfast was amazing, everything was stocked and yummy!

The location was great and front end service was awesome.

The restroom was dirty when they were cleaning the toilet they just left all the chemicals inside the water would stay up in the shower took awhile for it to drain and the mirror was not clean you can see all the water marks and the white comforter was dirty with two big stains I always bring my own sheets for that reason the rug was dirty and smell wet and for breakfast area would be nice to refill

Went about 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Not much left as for eggs. Did know how to work pancake machine. No one in the room to assist?

Having some there to assist the customers. Making sure all is clean and kept up!

Second time staying at this same location with a group of friends. Beds are comfortable, there’s enough towels, they give you soaps in case you forget yours, and have complimentary breakfast.

If you miss the turn-ins, it’s annoying trying to get back to the hotel with all the construction around. And at night, it’s especially easy to miss.

At the time we arrived the front desk personnel was a great help. He gave us a rundown of what to expect and what the hotel had to offer us that evening. Although the kitchen area is being renovated breakfast was limited but other than that we had a very nice and pleasant time at La Quinta. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The electrical sockets need to be replaced.. and more added. The lamp, fridge and microwave could not be plugged in at the same time on 1 socket.

Very disappointed pillows not good , no alarm clock , Tv very small , could get in the pool area. Not what I thought a La Quinta would be.
