We loved all the in room amenities it offered like stove, big refrigerator, dishwasher & big microwave it made it easy to enjoy our vacation without having to look for different overcrowded restaurants and was able to just go to a grocery store & pick up easy things to make after being sunburned to all hell after floating the river for 5hrs :)

The water smelled really bad while showering and we didn’t use the ice from the in room ice maker in the freezer bc it came out a yellow tint and smelled bad like the water in the shower, we used bottled water to brush our teeth bc the water in the bathroom had a yellow tint as well so we used ice out of the machine downstairs bc it didn’t look yellow and had no smell. The only other downside was the floors didn’t look vacuumed but everything else was amazing!

The room was a great size. I'm not sure where the air freshener was, but the room smelled good every time we walked in. The bathroom was big and the lighting was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were comfy. The staff was really nice.

They only had 1 elevator so you had to wait at times to get to your room, but that is my only complaint.

Nice room - great amenities in the room. Very Clean and Comfortable - I love the fact there is a tub - plenty of floor space and we felt safe at the property.

We didn't have an ice bucket in the room - As we drove on property, the landscape was very unkempt and overgrown - which made me nervous, but past the gate it was nice.

Your front desk staff was most helpful and great. She was able to point me to a restaurant I was looking for. The location of the hotel is great and was perfect for me as I was able to attend meetings a short distance from the hotel.

Loved the facility. ERICA was amazing at helping us considering booking.com mislead us into thinking we were getting a double room. Room was clean. Will stay there again, we just will not book through this site.

The lobby set the tone It was beautiful and felt welcoming.

There was no breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of table space. My daughter and I worked a 500 piece puzzle. :-) Stayed there because it had a kitchen and we didn't want to eat out.

We didn't watch TV but if we would have I would have been disappointed because the TV was pretty small.

Everything was great ! Everything was clean and in good working order .

It was nice.

The carpet was wet in one corner of the room and got our stuff wet. I thought maybe they had cleaned it at first. But it was wet for the whole time we were there.
