it was nice, comfortable, quiet, and close to the stores. the service was friendly and the facilities were great! the soaps and stuff i really liked how they provided dove products instead of cheap ones. breakfast options were a plus. the location was nice and the view was nice!

the room was not very clean it was dusty in the restroom and the floors were sticky where they just cleaned it with a lint roller ( i saw the lady clean the floor with a roller) some towels were dirty and bed was sticky. i was scared to complain because i didn’t want the workers to get fired. the breakfast was great but the times were a little early for us i prefer if it was like til 10am and the egg tasted weird as well.

It was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I like that it was close to places to eat and shopping centers and didn't have crazy traffic being close to a shopping center.

The pool didn't really look much like the picture.

I have spent 11 nights in the hotel. The staff has done everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The staff is kind, inclusive, and ready to assist as much as possible.

Breakfast is for ordinary people, not for people with lactose or gluten intolerance, despite my request to recieve non-dairy omelets and gluten-free bread. I was told that the supply of food is fixed and cannot be changed. So I bought my own food and brought with me to breakfast...

Quiet, very well appointed, modern without being too edgy. Very comfy beds, nice bathroom, very clean.

Stay wasn't long enough.

Everything. The whole place felt cozy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an amazing view, and there was plenty of parking. The bed was very comfortable and they had a great desk to work on.

If I have to say anything, I just wish the price was a little bit cheaper, though I did book during graduation.

Breakfast pancake was really yummy, but the scrabble egg are way over cooked. Not much variety for breakfast.

Couldn’t wash my hair due to low volume of water in the shower. Terrible flow terrible shower head. We were told cinnamon rolls (a big reason we chose Holiday Inn) would be served. The cinnamon rolls were cheap grocery store rolls that were so hard and stale that they broke the plastic fork. In the summer I stayed in Holiday Inns in ten states. With one exception breakfast included the expected cinnamon rolls. Seriously? I expect much better! We drove out for breakfast. Had to ask at the desk for additional towels for our second night. The towels we received at the desk were threadbare and rough. The ones that were in the room for our first night were fine. Again, seriously?

The breakfast was great. The location is good. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I don’t stay at hotels too often but your rates are a bit high.
